With the season not too far away now it seems now would be a good time to start the recruitment drive for this year.
Are you able to give up a few hours each week (or more if you want) to sit in front of your pc receiving the text messages and then transferring them onto the screen for others to enjoy?
Are you able to split yourself and cope with texting from your home track or even from any away meetings you may go to?
Or even better, are you able to both jobs?
If so, then please contact one of the team members by private message or leave a message here. If you would like to remain anonymous while updating or texting that is possible too and we will honour that request.
We do already have texters for a lot of tracks but it would be nice to have back up texters to cover in case of illness or holiday and for some people it would be nice to have a team of texters from each track so it can go in turns .
The same goes for updaters, we do have a big team of people who double up and do both jobs but sometimes we can struggle with people especially around the holiday times.
It doesn't matter how big or small a part you want, in this team we are all equals with an equal voice, all we ask is you take it seriously, do your best and most important of all, enjoy it!!

Peterborough (Thursday) Texter not confirmed but back up needed anyway.
Poole (Wednesday) Have Texter Have Texter to share
Reading (Monday) Have Texter but Need Back up
Swindon (Thursday) Need Texter & Back up (May possibly have cover but still need more texters)
Wolverhampton (Monday) Have Texter and Back Up.
Also need updaters who can cope with updating live from Sky for the Live meetings.

Glasgow (Sunday) Need texter and Back Up
Isle Of Wight (Tuesday) Have Texter Need Back Up
Kings Lynn (Wednesday) None needed.

Hi Sue,
I am all up for being texter and updater during the 2006 season. If Wimbledon do manage to get a track and ride I will be texter for them and am willing to do updating when avaliable.

As an extra, is there anyone going to the Telford meetings who is able to text?
Can be one person doing both meetings or 2 people sharing...anything will do!!!

With my shoulder as it is, it looks like I wont be a Marshall for Boston at the start of the season, So I'd be more than happy to send the txts through. Rob (BraveStar) has also said he is happy to txt aswell.
Also I'll txt the Boston away meetings that I attend aswell (Aslong as I aint treading on no one's toes).
Can also do some updating 
How about putting a list up so people can see where we need txters etc etc? (Just an idea.)

Sorry been out of this for so long.
Would it be possible to post normal race nights against home meetings as have lost track of who has changed which race nights.?
Am available for Mondays updating now for this season unfortunately  but cant text anything as nothing to text from!!!
Have Reading changed their race night? if not would be more than happy to be Steve P's regular updater apart from Exeter supporters club meetings which are normally first Monday of the month

Ive only done Conference & Premier (Becasue thats all I know off the Top of me head).
Normal Race Nights for teams are in Brackets.

I'm happy to do updates if you need me? Unfortunately due to work commitments I can't make many meetings for travelling purposes, so I know how appreciated this forum is and used it a lot last year. (Just wish I could remember my old login name and password!)
