Heat 03: Warwick, Starke, Chessell, Morley - Retired 5-1 10-8 Agg: 56-57 Time: 70.90
Line Up: Warwick, Starke, Morley, Chessell
Comments: rerun needed as Luke Chessell was moving before start, then Paul Starke bike packed up just before tapes up.
Re-Run: Chessell moved again, and again they were brought back, final warning to him.
Re-Run X2: They finally get away, and its the Islanders riders who break first and second, with Morley tucked in third, before retiring on 2nd bend, 2nd lap. No wonder Chessell was keen to get a good start, as he's miles behind! From gate.

Heat 05: Starke, Hazelden, Warwick, Braddock 4-2 15-15 Agg: 61-64 Time: 70.10
Line Up: Warwick, Starke, R/R - Braddock, Hazelden
Comments: Braddock is for Rider Replacement. Hazelden popped up well from the inside, but Starke nipped past on the back straight away for the lead. Danny W riding a bronco trying to get past Shane, almost coming to grief a couple of times on a heavy track, before settling for 3rd place.

Heat 06: Hughes, Sarjeant, Stoneman, Braddock - Fell 4-2 19-17 Agg: 65-66 Time: 70.40
Line Up: Hughes, R/R - Stoneman, Sarjeant, Braddock
Comments: Stoneman is for Rider Replacement. Even break, Hughes away well, Stoneman falls to the rear. He kpet at it though, and stuck it inside Braddock on 2nd bend, lap 2, before Braddock then fell on 1st bend, next time well. Cleared the track allowing racing to carry on, what a star!

Heat 07: Hopwood, Cottham, Morley, Chessell - Fell 5-1 24-18 Agg: 70-67 Time: 70.30

Heat 08: Starke, Hazelden, Stoneman, Lee 4-2 28-20 Agg: 74-69 Time: 70.90

Heat 09: Warwick, Sarjeant, Starke, Braddock 4-2 32-22 Agg: 78-71 Time: 70.70
Line Up: Warwick, Starke, Sarjeant, Braddock
Comments: Great battle between Warwick and Sarjeant at the start, Braddock fell on third bend but remounted, allowing Danny to stay in front of Shane, with Starke not too far behind either.

Heat 10: Hughes, Morley, Chessell - Excluded, Cottham - Fell / Excluded 3-2 35-24 Agg: 81-73 Time: 71.60
Line Up: Hughes, R/R - Cottham, Morley, Chessell
Comments: Cottham is for Rider Replacement. Very close breakaway, but the Raiders get the major positions, before Cottham fell on the third bend, and couldn't get off the track in time, so race was stopped and he was excluded. Seems ok. Re-Run with 3 riders only.
Re-Run: Hughes no mistake that time, but his bike reared and just as he got the front wheel on the ground, he was wiped out by Morley, who had got an almighty whack on his inside from Chessell, who was excluded from the rerun
Medics on track, but Hughes got up and is ok, 2 riders only in rerun.
Re-Run X2: Match race, Morley ahead going into back straight, but Hughes cut inside him and and romped to victory.

Heat 11: Hazelden, Hopwood, Stoneman, Sarjeant - Fell / Excluded 3-3 38-27 Agg: 84-76 Time: 72.10
Line Up: Hopwood, Stoneman, R/R - Sarjeant, Hazelden
Comments: Sarjeant is for Rider Replacement and on a Tactical Ride. Hazelden gated, with Sarjeant getting away slowly, who then seemed to stop on back straight. The race carried on, but Sarjeant scooted round, and stopped on the track on home straight, we believe he saw a red light off the track on the 2nd bend, which is possible as cars do go past. Race was stopped, and he was excluded, pretty harsh, but nothing really the ref could do. Re-Run to be completed with out Sarjeant.
Re-Run: Hazelden away very well again, Islanders riders tucked in behind, with Hopwood chasing hard. Couldn't quite make it through. shared heat

Heat 12: Warwick, Stoneman, Braddock, Ben Morley - Fell / Excluded 5-1 43-28 Agg: 89-77 Time: 71.10
Line Up: Warwick, StonemanCottham, Morley, Braddock
Comments: Stoneman in for Cottham. Gate 4 really working well as Morley goes clear, but Danny also makes a good start and goes inside him on back straight, before both raiders come a cropper on 3rd bend, Morley fell on his own and is excluded, whilst Braddock laid it down to avoid him. Both Islanders riders clear of incident, rerun with 3 riders, no Ben Morley. Both riders ok.
Re-Run: Warwick away really well to lead, before Braddock fell on his own from 2nd place on bend 3. He's up and away through and trundling around for a point. Meeting has somewhat petered out with all the crashes and Rye misfortune, made worse by the cold!

Sponsored by Splod [/b]
Heat 15: Starke, Hughes, Sarjeant, Lee 5-1 58-31 Agg: 104-80 Time: 72.10
Line-up: Hughes, Starke, Lee, Sarjeant
Comments: Islanders off 2+4 and Rye House off 1+3. Starke away well, closely followed by Sarjeant with Hughes in 2nd. Great pass on Sarjeant at end of 1st lap. He's looked good tonight whilst all the other Islanders have done well but had the odd bad ride. Sarjeant didn't give up on Hughes, a bike length in it. Hughes getting bumps on the track, Congrats.
