Line-up: Challenger: Cameron Heeps vs Holder: Ashley Birks
Comments: Both riders Struggle with the 3rd and 4th bends especially, Birks almost fell, Heeps did fall on lap 2, Quickly up and okay though. Race Awarded.
Heat 01: Re-run Heeps, Lambert, Jacobs Frem 4-2 52.3
Line Up: Heeps, Jacobs, Lambert, Wrathall
Comments: Wrathall fell bend 4 lap 1 whilst last. Jacobs almost fell on same bend, Whilst Heeps who was second was also out of shape, Re-run without Wrathall.
Heeps round Lambert backstraight Lambert under him bend 4 when Heeps had a tough time getting round bend 4, Lambert out of shape in same place following lap and Heeps passed him, Jacobs fell remounted bend 3 lap 3 and coasted over the line, Not Pretty!

Heat 02: Reade, Carr, Daley frem, Bates fell ex 1-5 5-7 Awarded
Line Up: Daley, Bates, Carr, Reade
Comments: Reade out of shape bend 4 lap 2, Bates down when he got out of shape at the same time. Whether the 2 incidents are linked Mungo is unsure.
Daley fell on same bend as Bates, Both got up to continue but Bates fell again fourth bend lap 3 and the race had to be stopped. Bates got up and walked back to pits.

Comments: Unsatisfactory start all4back. Nielsen rather eager to get away!
Walter fell backstraight, Halsey out of shape bend 4 and got relegated to 3rd, Nielsen all over Atkin but riders still struggling, A lot. Struggling to get the bikes to turn entering the bends

Comments: Bates fell bend 4 lap 3 again after Reade ahead of him was also struggling. No rider has looked comfortable yet

Comments: Wrathall by Halsey during the race Lap 3 Mungo thinks. Nielsen whacked fence over the start line when 2nd and couldnt turn the bike entering bend 1 eventually fell on apex of bends 1 and 2, That was on the last lap so race awarded. Bit of sawdust going down now and more track work.

Comments: Heeps TR. Jacobs from gate and was leading until he slowed on last lap and coasted over the line, Heeps passed Birks lap 2.

Line Up: R/R - Nielsen, Daley, Atkin, Walter
Comments: Atkin out of shape from start, Nielsen by him in early stages, Nielsen too much grip on bend 4 and had to shut off to avoid another collision with the fence. Atkin didnt need a 2nd invitation!

Heat 08: Re-run Jacobs, Bates, Wrathall fell ex 5-0 25-25 Awarded
Line Up: Jacobs, Bates, Wrathall, Reade
Comments: Reade cuts across Bates on bend 4 almost collect hm. They were battling for 3rd at the time. Bates didnt fall but he did really well to avoid a nasty collision, Reade has been excluded for unfair riding.
Looks like we were going to have a heat with no major incidents but Wrathall unfortunately fell bend 4 lap 3 race awarded.

Comments: Carr excluded on 2 mins, Reade in.
Halsey fell last lap whilst third. By the crowd's reaction it seemed Reade was involved somehow but Mungo didnt see it personally. Nielsen all over Birks, almost by on lap 3 but Birks held him off.

Teams Confirmed.
Track work looks to have been quite successful they are just waiting for it to dry out as much as possible, That aside, the track looks very grippy and could be tricky to begin with, Time will tell.
Birks fell on warm up lap! Very Grippy by the looks of it! Think it will be okay once a slick line develops but wont be pretty until then.
Further delay - Birks and Heeps struggle with Conditions (they did a few practice starts and bends etc) So further track work before we'll start
