Comments:
Track looks ok, Put a bit of shale on there today.
Crowd is a lot smaller than expected.
No changes to the line ups
Mildenhall win toss and take 2-4
Heat 1: King pulled up final lap while last. Unexpected start, Lyons just didnt get out the gate. And took til lap 3 to pass King.
Heat 2: Armstrong took Johnson a little wide on 1st bend. Then it was pretty comfortable even tho Barry had a few moments.
Heat 3: Brundle went backwards on first couple of bends. Tacey never got near either Islander.
Heat 4: Kasprzak fell on third bend lap 1, He was last at the time, Simmons was 3rd at time. Race to be re-run.
Re-Run: Simmons challenged Burchatt in later stages but couldnt get past.
Heat 5: Awesome ride by Holder. Almost came to grief on lap2, but kept it wound on, and passed Tacey. Great Stuff.
Heat 6: Kasprzak completed the race but was so slow.
Heat 7: Comfortable for home side. Stojanowski looked the quicker of the visitors but couldnt get past Marsh.
Heat 8: King passed Burchatt lap 2, but couldnt catch Doyle.
Our first shared heat of the afternoon.
Heat 9: Kasprzak is worse than his score suggests (lol).
Johnson challenged but couldnt find a way past Brundle.
Heat 10 Good battle between Marsh and King with King just holding on.
Heat 11: Doyle takes TR.
Great race Titanic battle between King and Doyle with King passing on lap 3. Holder put in tons of effort for no reward although personally Mr Mungo thought he got 3rd. His last bend swoop but Tony Rickardssons cardiff move to shame.
Heat 12: Johnson fell first bend, hes excluded, Marsh was leading after passing Tacey.
Re-Run: from gate, although Marsh put in lots of effort
Heat 13: Holder takes TR., and its just started to RAIN
Holder fell 4th bend lap 1, This time he went a little 2 far, 10 out of 10 for entertainment tho, and hes fine. Holder excluded race to be re-run.
Re-Run: From gate, Kasprzak half a lap behind literally.
Track inspection now on
Tony Steele gets biggest cheer of the day, Meeting will Continue.
Heat 14: Unsatisfactory start All 4 back.
Simmons slid off 3rd bend lap 3 while in 3rd.
Heat 15: Jon Armstrong, Shaun Tacey V Chris Holder, Jason Doyle
IOW off 1-3
Heat 15: Doyle retired lap 3 while last, Tacey just held 2nd despite a late challenge from Holder.
Many thanx to Mungo and thanks all for looking in, have a good evening
