Comments: Strange race. Red light from camera in the crowd on bend 4 on the third lap, riders stopped but race carried on. Morley passed Clegg during the incident. Referee has given warning to the fans on that bend.

Comments: Race stopped: Morley and Ellis tangled on the first bend, Ellis locked up and Morley went into him. To be rerun without Morley. Both up and hobbling back to the pits. Stead being interviewed - he is feeling more confident and glad to get Lakeside and Eastbourne out of the way. Ellis has been withdrawn on the paramedics instructions. Two riders only. Very odd - Ellis withdrawn but goes to tapes and refuses to back into the pits, finally goes back and spits dummy out.

Comments: Race stopped: Unsatisfactory start, red flash light on bend 4 once again. Topspin cannot believe that the fan is still using the red flash. Race awarded: Bridger out of control on bend 2 of lap 3 and falls, he tries to clear the track but race stopped. Watt had bike problems at the back but kept going and got the point.
