Comments: Unsatisfactory start, all 4 back and told all to stay still.
Re-Run: Another unsatisfactory start, reds on. Kirby then span mid corner causing Couzins to run straight through backstraight boards luckily he got straight up but his bike and fence are going to need some work!!! Ellis given official warning to stay still.
Re-Run X2: Controversy here Ellis has won that race but it went on for 5 laps. Morley broke down on lap 5. And pushed home. Couzins hit fence turn 4 lap 1.

Heat 02: Wajtknecht, Verge, Wilson, Sheppard - Fell 2-4 3-9 62.2
Line Up: Verge, Sheppard, Wilson, Wajtknecht
Comments: Sheppard fell on bend 3 lap 1 from 2nd with Kings on a 5-1. Sheppard remounted but retired a lap later. Wajtknecht passed Verge on lap 3 for the lead. Wilson fell and remounted on bend 2 lap 4 to take 3rd.

Comments: Wajtknecht is for rider replacement.
Ayres went from first to last in the opening turns. Ayres then trying too hard and got out of shape many times trying to pass Wajtknecht . Baseby made hash of bend 2 lap 4 and Wajtknecht nipped up the inside for 2nd.

Comments: Ayres tough to take Ellis wide in first bend allowing Baseby and Kirby to pass Ellis. Kirby and Ellis got in each others way turn 3 lap 1 Kirby goes down but quickly remounts. Ellis got out of shape many times and gave up and cruised the last lap for 3rd.
