Comments: Workington win the toss but elect to choose in heat 15. Tigers take gates 1 & 3.
Stopped. Unsatisfactory start. Sarjeant got a flier. All 4 back.
Re-Run: Bjerre gated and won by a long way. Howarth looked quite slow and seemed to be holding Harrison up. Sarjeant was not far behind but never threatened to pass Harrison.

Heat 02: Roynon, Lunna, Williamson. Wethers (ret). 5-1, 8-4, 60.1
Line Up: Lunna, Roynon, Williamson, Wethers
Comments: Wethers' bike packed up bend 1 lap 1. Williamson was passed by Lunna bend 2 lap 1. Lunna then got out of shape bends 3 & 4 lap 1 but he held second. Race well spread out after that.

Line Up: Summers, R/R - Sarjeant, Bach, Hansen
Comments: Summers made the gate but Hansen got round him going down the back straight lap 1. Summers tried to get up the inside of him bend 4 lap 1 but didn't make it. Bach got close to Summers lap 2. Sarjeant a fair bit behind.

Comments: Lunna nearly got round Howarth bend 2 lap 1 to take second but he locked up and held third ahead of Harrison. Rusty closed on Lunna lap 3 and blasted round him bend 3 & 4 lap 4.

Comments: Stopped. Unsatisfactory start. All 4 back.
Re-Run: A great first couple of bends by Sarjeant to pass Wells. Williamson fell bend 3 lap 1 when last and cleared the track. Bjerre fell bend 3 lap 2 when third and stayed down. Race awarded. Bjerre up and walking back to the pits.

Comments: Lunna went for the blast around the outside bends 1 & 2 lap 1 but ran out of room and dropped to the back. Race was quite well spread out with an easy win for Lawson.

Comments: Stopped. Unsatisfactory start. All 4 back. Ally didn't thikn there was much wrong that time.
Re-Run: A great battle between the front two for the first lap with Harrison going round the outside of Roynon bend 4 lap 1. Sarjeant not looking very fast today.

Comments: Wells gated but the Tigers went either side of him bend 2 lap 1 and cleared off for an easy 5-1.

Comments: Unsatisfactory start. Bach destroys the tapes and will off a 15m handicap.
Re-Run: Bjerre gated but went wide bend 3 lap 1 and Hansen nipped through. Bjerre seemed to be struggling to turn the bike at times but held second pretty easily.
