Terrible news for such a talented rider, just hope and pray some of the reports coming out of Poland are speculation and not based on facts. Our thoughts are with Darcy's family and friends.

Terrible news for such a talented rider, just hope and pray some of the reports coming out of Poland are speculation and not based on facts. Our thoughts are with Darcy's family and friends. yer with you on this one expatevo' This is a sledge hammer blow for speedway' such a talent I was only reading a article the other night whilst at work' where he was saying that after all is troubles and tribulations he had last year with the ban and other issues how he was absolutely pumped up at Swindon everytime he got on is bike to race and help is team to win. this alone just goes to show what a smashing lad darcy is the fans here at Swindon have taken him to there hearts' a real diamond of a guy' we know there's great rivalry between the pirates and the robins this is what makes speedway a great sport so its also nice that both teams come together and pray that the reports from Poland are speculation and not facts I believe as I write this news is that he is conscious and does recognise people around him its a small thing but its a start. As you quite rightly said Expatevo all are thoughts go out to darcy' is family' and is many close friends.

He was due to be a track reserve at upcoming Slovenian GP. He's now been replaced by Ziga Kovacic. That's irrelevant though...let's hope he gets well soon.
