Comments: Auty surprisingly made the gate. Barker made an awful start but passed Lawson bend 3 lap 1. Lawson retook third bend 3 lap 3 and Barker pulled up a bend or so later.

Comments: Lambert makes an awesome gate off the outside and comes across entering bend 1. Though Nicholls goes straight into the back of Hall and goes down mid-bend. All 4 back.
Re-Run: Lambert tried to cut back under Starke bend 2 lap 1 but the former Islander had it covered and sped off for an impressive victory. From the gate.

Comments: Lawson made a super start and Worrall tried to take him wide off bend 2 but that only allowed Harris to go under to pair and lead on the back straight. Lawson and Worrall passed either side of Harris bend 3 lap 1 and Harris went very wide bend 4 lap 1, got himself into some trouble and Hall went under him, Harris made no impression on Lawson thereafter. Worrall was all over Lawson.

Comments: Stopped. A brilliant opening lap from King who went wide to pass Stead on the opening bends and go round Nicholls bend 4 lap 1. Nicholls was then all over King. Garrity fell on his own bend 1 lap 3 and stayed on the track. He's now up an ok but excluded.

Comments: What a brilliant race! King gated last but went under Hall on bend 2 lap 1. He then set off after the leading pair and passed Worrall bend 3 lap 1 and Auty bend 2 lap 2 with Hall making identical moves to pass Worrall and Auty on both occasions as well!

Comments: Lawson made a good start but Lambert edged him out on bend 2. Then it was an awesome show by Stevie! Worrall tried to round Nicholls on bend 2 but the 7 time former British Champ held on but Worrall took the place bend 3 lap 1 only to take second place from Lawson on bend 4 lap 1 and hold on for a final spot. That makes 3 of the finalists to be former National League riders!
GRAND FINAL (Re-Run): King, Cook, Lambert, S. Worrall. 62.5

Comments: Cook jumped. All 4 back.
Re-Run: An awesome ride by Danny King! Cook made a textbook start but King went wide off bends 3 & 4 lap 1 and flew past Cook on bend 4 lap 1 and won by a mile! The best rider of the night imo with being the only rider to consistently win races from the back. Worrall made a poor start but tried to cut back under Lambert and King bend 2 lap 1. He passed Lambert but Lambert was back into third by bend 3 lap 1. Danny King is British champion and the British GP wild card.
