COMMENTS:
Heat1: Good pass by Shields on Stead 3rd bend of 1st lap to take 2nd.
Heat2: Stopped. Fisher made contact with the fence and came off.
Re run. Fisher was third until he went very wide on 4th bend 1st lap which allowed Rempala through. Fisher fell while at the back after once again going very wide on 4th bend of the 3rd lap.
Heat3: R/R Kevin Doolan, whose bike is smoking a fair bit!
Heat 4: Bloody excellent from Misko. Doolan got to the front after getting past Misko on the 1st bend only for Misko to do a very daring squeeze past on the outside 2nd bend. Kroner was in third but was passed by Skornicki 2nd bend, 3rd lap.
Heat 5: Stopped. Re run all 4 back, but all of them warned to stay still at the start.
Re-run. Race stopped Simon Stead fell. Simon still down, on the stock car track. Ambulance on the track.
Race awarded . Had been an excellent race between Suchecki and Stead with Stead pushing all the way. He just seemed to hit too much grip and went up on one wheel and full pelt into the fence.
Interval now being taking and Simon is taking a visit to Ipswich hospital.
Sue is sat on the first bend and Simon was on the stock car track on the 3rd bend so she has no idea of his injury as she cannot see whats going on. Nothing reported over the tannoy.
Heat6: Very tight first lap between Jansson and Doolan with Kim finally getting clear at the start of the 2nd lap.
Heat7: R/R James Wright.
Misko passed Wrightat the end of the 1st lap...Bobby is making a habit of this passing lark now!!
Heat8: T/R Skornicki.
Wright pushed Kroner all the way but couldn't get past.
Kroner clearly feeling the pain from his foot!
Heat9: Good bit of team riding by the Belle Vue pair particularly Doolan protecting Fisher. Zibi just couldn't break through it.
Heat10: R/R Adam Skornicki.
Kim buggered up the start. Good 1st bend by Shields to go past both Belle Vue riders.
Heat11: Fisher replaces Simon Stead.
Race stopped. Marcin caught in a Belle Vue sandwich on the 2nd bend of first lap. Rempala and Wright both fell. Rempala back on his feet. To be re run hopefully with all 4 back.
James back on his feet but looking a little dazed.
Skornicki replaces Wright in the re run. Rempala messed up the start and was left at the back. He passed Fisher at the end of the 1st lap and then caught up with Skornicki but couldn't get past. Fisher pulled up on 3rd lap. Rempala was out on his 2nd bike, Sue thinks it should be his first bike as it had more power.
Heat12: R/R Kai Laukkenen.
Race stopped Fisher went into the same bit of air fence as before. He is ok. Rerun 3 riders Fisher exc.
Delay while they fix air fence.
Ippo pair by a mile.
Heat13: Adam Skornicki replaces Simon Stead.
Stopped, very confusing! Skornickis bike slowed and Doolan went into the back sort of gently. Very weird. To be re run with 3 riders only, with Skornicki excluded. His primary chain went. Ippo were well out in front on a 5-1 when the BV pair came together.
Heat14: Skornicki missed the 2 minutes, 3 riders only.
Brilliant pass by Rempala on the 3rd bend, 3rd lap to take 2nd.
Heat 15: Line up Miskowiak, Louis, Doolan, Laukkenen.
Ippo win toss and take 1&3.
Doolan having bike problems and has been exc for 2 mins. 3 riders only!
Thanks to Sue for the texts, and thanks to everyone looking in. well done Ippo, bad luck to Belle Vue and I hope Simon and James are ok.
