Heat 01: Andersen had an engine failure on the first bend of the fourth lap whilst leading.
Heat 02: Hall sweeps wide to take the lead on bends 1/2 of lap one.
Heat 03: Jensen R/R. Jensen had an engine failure on fourth bend of lap four.
Heat 04: Protasiewicz close to Hall in second then Hall pulled away. Bjerre from the gate.
Heat 05: Smith threw a chain at the start. Track a little dry. Jensen pushed to the third bend of the first lap and then King pulled away before the home straight of lap one.
Heat 06: Piotr out of bend two of lap one in front of Dryml, they had gone in together. Andersen off from the gate.
Heat 07: Protasiewicz R/R. From the gate. Bjerre good lead. Swierski slow, possibly ef.
Heat 08: Dryml picks up and lifts into and out of bend two of lap one. Hall laid bike down. Dryml excluded for the re-run. Hall in second coming through lap one third. Smith close thoughout.
Heat 09: Protasiewicz T/R. King passed Erikson on bend two of lap two. Erikson probably ef. Protasiewicz close to Iversen.
Heat 10: Andersson R/R. Andersen with early lead, looking for Dryml but he was too far at the back. Dryml lifted bend two of lap two.
Heat 11: Smith low on power in bend two of lap one. Bjerre lifted bend two of lap four. From gate.
Heat 12: Johnston R/R. Hall sweep round outside to take lead on backstraigh of lap one.
Heat 13: Andersson for Jensen. From the gate.
Heat 14: King a distance behind the others. Swiderski lifts bend two of lap two and again with Johnston on lap four.
Heat 15: Andersson gated well but Peterborough pair passed on the second bend of lap one.
