Line-Ups Have Been Confirmed By WayneKable
WayneKable at trackside, weather spot on for a speedway meeting this time of the year. No April showers! looks like the staff have actually done some work on the track for once
Sheffield win the toss and take gates 1&3 in Heat 1
Heat 1 - Fastest time of the season, Wayne says big wow and he would have preferred a performance at Kings Lynn instead
Heat 2 - Cooper passed Smart on the 3rd bend on lap number 1, Smart fell and remounted on the 4th bend on lap 3 when last
Heat 3 - Lyons passed Cockle on the back straight on the 1st lap for second place
Heat 4 - From the gate, Werner awful from the word go and "packed up" on lap 3 while a mile behind
Heat 5 - Cockle passed Collins on the 3rd bend on lap number 1 and then Collins had engine failure on benf 1 on lap number 2 when last
Heat 6 - From the gate, Werner would get lapped by James Grieves lol
Heat 7 - Jason Lyons goes as a tactical ride for Birmingham. Lyons passed Wilson on the 3rd bend on lap number 3
Heat 8 - Smart got extra drive on the 2nd bend on lap number 1 and nearly took Parsons out
Heat 9 - Ben Powell replaces Lee Smart as a reserve replacement for Birmingham. Cockle lifted badly on the 3rd bend on lap number 1 allowing Powell past which made the race of the season, passing each other nearly every bend and they crossed the line together
Heat 10 - Parsons dived hard under Lyons on the 1st bend on lap number 2, Sanchez in the way of Lyons forcing him to shut off then coasted round and was lapped
Heat 11 - From the gate
Heat 12 - Lyons passed Cooper on the 2nd bend on lap number 3, Cooper kept at it and was close to the end
Heat 13 - Werner pulls out of the meeting with an aching wrist due to winding the throttle on too much so Powell replaces. Ostergaard hit the front from the word go and Sheffields number 1 was no match for him
Heat 14 - Powell came out after 2 minutes and 6 seconds and is excluded, Smart replaces him. Smart had engine failure on the 2nd bend on lap number 2 when last. Excellent 4 lap battle between Birkinshaw & Sachez
Heat 15 - Andre Compton,Ricky Ashworth,Ulrich Ostergaard,Jason Lyons
Birmingham win the toss and take gates 1&3
Heat 15 - From the gate but Ostergaard pushed Ashworth all the way, Ashworth seemed to slow down as the race went on
Thanks to everyone for watching and thanks to Wayne for the super texts once again.
Until next time goodnight and take care
