Heat Results
Heat 01:Andersen, Nicholls, Bridger, Bager 56.1 3-3 (3-3)
From the gate, Bridger allowed Nicholls through out of bend 2 of the first lap to chase Andersen.
Sponsored by Clean Cut Sports @ www.cleancutsports.com
Heat 02: Fisher, Werner, Brundle, Proctor 58.2 3-3 (6-6)
From the gate again, Proctor pushed Brundle for the first lap, comfy win for Fisher, who did wheelies at the end.
Sponsored by Steve Dixon www.stevedixonphotography.co.uk
Heat 03: Woodward, King, Vissing, Bridger(F) 58.1 3-3 (9-9)
Bridger to take RR for Eagles.
King to take RR for Panthers
Race stopped: Bridger touched the tapes and is excluded, he will go off 15m. Trouble with Bridger's bike, did sound a bit strange, the engine has shattered.
Bridger just made the 2 minutes and was riding across the centre green to get to the start, he took his place at the start only to be reminded that he had to go back 15 metres.
Rerun: Panthers gated, good battle between the front 3, Bridger caught them by bend 3 but found it impossible to pass, great move by Woodward to cut back on Panthers pair on bend 3 of the 3rd lap. Bridger fell on the third bend of the fourth lap trying a last ditch move to pass Vissing.

Stat Attack from ETFC (Its gonna be a LONG evening of typing for me I think!): Eddie Kennett is the only rider in the Elite League to win a heat at every Elite League track it was just announced. Kennett won the supporters club poll for Rider of the Month as well, which ETFC says is normally a curse LoL
Heat 04: Kennett, King, Proctor, Brundle 56.7 3-3 (12-12)
From the gate, easy win for Kennett, pretty spread out as well.
Update from texter: it is bloooming warm and he has his shorts on
Sponsored by Friends of Edinburgh Speedway www.foes.info/
Heat 05: Andersen, Kennett, Woodward, Bager 56.7 3-3 (15-15)
Kennett to take RR for the Eagles.
From the gate, again LoL, Kennett locked up on bend 2 of the first lap which allowed Woodward to get past Bager.
The interval will be after heat 9.
ETFC says that he loves this warm weather, not much sun but nice and warm. He also wants to say hello to Panthersfan (Kieron) if he is watching. Another interesting Stat fact: Hans is the only rider in the Elite League to get a 6 ride 18 point maximum so far this season.
Sponsored by Richard and Anne Hollingsworth www.scunthorpespeedway.com
Heat 06: Bridger, Nicholls, Fisher, King 57.7 5-1 (20-16)
Easy maximum for the Eagles boys; no way was the Panthers getting past even if they were close enough.
Sponsored by www.SpeedwayInfo.co.uk - speedway information for all UK leagues plus Grand Prix & World Cup stats
Heat 07: Kennett, Andersen, Vissing, Werner 56.4 3-3 (23-19)
Hans *spits* Andersen to take RR for the Panthers.
Super Ted gated and was always in the lead. Andersen pushed hard but Kennett looked comfy, other two were nowhere.
Sponsored by Merlin
Heat 08: Proctor, Bager, Brundle, Bridger(X) 58.6 1-5 (24-24)
Race stopped: Bridger touched the tapes again and is excluded, he will go from 15m.
Rerun: Bridger exluded for taking off Bager but Bager fell off after Bridger had passed him. ETFC thinks that it was a poor decision by the referee. Bager is up and ok but Brundle is receiving treatment after laying his bike down. Brundle took a bang to his wrist but is up and ok now.
Sponsored by Speedway Souvenirs available at www.enjaydesigns.net
Heat 09: Nicholls, Woodward, King, Fisher(X) 56.9 5-1 (29-25)
Nicholls to take RR for the Eagles.
Race stopped: Fisher fell on the third bend of the first lap and is excluded. Texter says that he is suprised that the ref never excluded Woodward as he was the closest Eagle to him
Rerun: Easy maximum for the Eagles from the gate, King nowhere even close, not sure he was even in the same postcode.
Sponsored by www.inthedirt.co.uk - Speedway Merchandise for the Masses"
More news from the track: Lee Richardson is having his cast off on monday and plans to go to Poland to practice on thursday, he has a league meeting on friday and should be back with the Eagles for next saturday.
Heat 10: Nicholls, Bridger, Vissing, Fisher 57.2 5-1 (34-26)
Fisher to take RR for the Panthers.
Easy maximum for the Eagles pairing from the gate, Fisher fell on the fourth bend of lap 2 but remounted.
Sponsored by KanDysoft Speedway spreadsheets www.kandysoft.com
Heat 11: Andersen, Bager, Kennett, Werner 57.3 1-5 (35-31)
Andersen pushed Kennett to the fence, forcing Kennett to shut off which allowed Bager through.
Sponsored by Peter Hopkins
Heat 12: Woodward, Vissing, Brundle, Fisher 58.6 4-2 (39-33)
Woodward to take RR for the Eagles.
Vissing to take RR for the Panthers.
Easy win for Woodward, comfy second place for Vissing, Fisher all over the place on the second bend of lap 2 and allowed Brundle through. Fisher pushed Brundle to the line and it was very close.
Sponsored by www.cablestar.co.uk - computer cables & accessories. Save 10% using promo code SPEEDWAY
Heat 13: King, Nicholls, Andersen, Kennett 57.9 2-4 (41-37)
Andersen was moving all over the place at the start, the ref held the tapes and Kennett let the throttle off only for the ref to let the tapes go leaving Kennett at the start. ETFC is furious and says that the red lights should have came on.
Sponsored by www.rpm.org.uk
Heat 14: Vissing, Woodward, Proctor, Brundle 58.8 2-4 (43-41)
Reserve replacement for the Eagles, Brundle replaces Werner.
Woodward appeared to scrape the fence out of bend 2 on the first lap, he pushed hard but shouldnt lose to Vissing at home, very disappointing.
Sponsored by www.ebuyitnow.co.uk/ 10% discount coupon code SPEEDWAY
Heat 15: Andersen, Nicholls, Kennett, King(F) 57.6 3-3 (46-44)
Line up: Nicholls Kennett Andersen King
Eagles win the toss and take gates 1&3.
From the gate. King fell on the first bend of lap 1 and stayed down wanting a re-run but the referee never stopped the heat. ETFC says that it serves King right for staying down on purpose.
