Heat 01: Adams, Holder, Alden, Eriksson 58.36 2-4 (2-4)
Adams made the gate and Alden was in 2nd but Holder was too good. Eriksson tried to go around the outside of Alden on bend 2 of the third lap but Alden lost it and went wide, almost putting Eriksson through the fence! Alden then held on for 3rd place. Delay as Eriksson popped the air fence on the pits bend.

From the gate, Wright was battling hard but could never quite catch him.

Texter has just arrived at the track and says good evening from a rain threatened Poole. She says that they plan to get cracking at 7.30 pretty promtly and that the track looks really grippy with lots of dirt on the outside line.
