Comments:
Teams now confirmed from trackside.
Nice sunny night in Poole, track is looking good, grippy on the outside. Water was still being put down at 7pm.
RR for No 4 for Poole as Zabik has been admitted to hospital with kidney stones; Eriksson, Skornicki & Suchecki eligible to take his rides.
Poole win the toss and take gates 1&3. Skornicki not on parade, working on his bike.
Heat 1: Nicholls engine failure when in 3rd. Pedersen led off turn two.
Heat 2: Stopped. Suchecki was leading at the first bend but fell mid bend and was hit by Brundle. Both riders receiving medical attention. Brundle helped back to the pits by team mates.
Suchecki withdrawn from meeting and going to hospital. Poole have Jordan Frampton (No8) at track and he will now get rides under RR. Suchecki excluded for being primary cause of accident.
Rerun: From the gate.
Heat 3: Frampton to take RR. Hard first bend by Richardson on Holder, he then had an engine failure when in 3rd place.
Brundle now withdrawn from the meeting.
Heat 4: Gustafsson in for Brundle. From the gate. Kennett tried hard.
Heat 5: Frampton to take RR. From the gate. Holder did not look quick on his second bike.
Heat 6: Easy win for the Pirates.
Heat 7: Skornicki in for Suchecki. Easy win from the gate again. Watt does a donut on Skornicki's behalf! Top stuff.
Heat 8: Gustafsson in for Brundle. Eagles comedy show as Gustafsson wouldnt let Bridger pass and he fell when in last. Classic (texters words not mine!)
Heat 9: Frampton takes RR. Great race, Holder had to pass Kennett three times! Good and clean.
Heat 10: Another comedy moment, Richardson eased on the run in, baulked Woodward and let Eriksson in!
Heat 11: Nicholls to take a TR. Skornicki in for Suchecki. Good win after a very tight first bend. Skornicki fell when last but cleared track. Track is very slick now.
