Bad start by Soyle, tried to come round outside of Auty down back straight only for Auty to force him into fence (texters comment!). Doyle lost speed and never got back on terms. Kroger fell last bend.

Doyle got gate, clamped Kerr on inside to let Katt round outside into lead. Kerr fell second bend lap three but was straight up and cleared track.

Comments: Grieves led from tapes, Katt soon passed him, then Frampton got past at next bend. Grieves then did great job to hold up Proctor before eventually finishing three miles behind rest.
