Doyle from the tapes. Frampton and Rymel were close for the first couple of laps before Frampton pulled away. Magosi well tailed off at the back.

Heat 02: Walker, Werner, Herne, McKinna. 5-1; 10-2; 58.95
Great race. Herne all over the place at the start and blocked Walker. Then Herne was wheel to wheel with Werner before Walker caught up, then the lead swopped between all three before the Rebel pair got the upper hand. McKinna was half a lap behind the action

Heat 03: Kramer, Kroger, Makovsky, Herne. 5-1; 15-3; 58.25

Makovsky made the gate and pushed Kramer wide enough that he could have ordered a burger!! Kramer just kept it wound on to come round the outside to take the lead. Then Kroger nipped inside of Makovsky and that was that!

Aarnio passed Werner on lap 1. Werner almost snatched it back on the line.

Magosi all over the place, twice nearly put Kramer in the fence down the back straight.

Aarnio led into the first bend, but Doyle passed on the outside and Frampton on the inside. No contest from there.

Makovsky rode Katt into the fence on the home straight and is excluded..Katt being looked over by a paramedic
Katt is now up and will take his place in the re run.

Herne replaces McKinna
Magosi pushed Frampton out to the M5 on the first turn. Frampton just cut back and took Magosi's line. Herne kept on Werners tail throughout and just got second place on the line.

Weird race. Doyle fell on first bend, so riders slowed thinking it'd be a re run, but no red lights went on. Suddenly they realised that the race hadn't been stopped and got going again!

Easy for Kramer. Herne almost wiped out Makovsky on the second bend, that forced Werner to shut off . Werner retired last lap

Rymel led down the back straight only for Doyle to make a superb inside pass and hold off Rymel for the rest of the race.
