Great race!! ..... Swales led from the tapes, but Brown got passed bend 3 lap 2 ... Swales passed Brown only for Brown to re pass ..... Simmons tried an outside pass on the last bend and it almost came off, but did enough to hold off Bugeja on the run in to the finish

Havelock swept past Gathercole on the second bend lap 2 ..... Swales held third until Simmons past him on the inside as they entered the last bend

Proctor ran Kramer wide into the first bend allowing Sedgmen to nip through on the inside of them all ..... Kramer went from last to second as they went down the home straight at the end of the first lap.

Havvy just got the better of Jonno round the first turn ... never much more than a bike length between them, Havvy just holding on for the win.

Heat 07 re run: Gathercole, Wilson, Stonehewer, Brown (fell, excluded) ... 3-3; 24-18; 58.12
Brown clipped the safety fence and fell heavily as he entered the back straight lap 3 in last place ..... The ref ordered a re run without Brown as the two ahead were very close even though they had started the last lap ..... Wilson was leading at the time with Gathercole 2nd .... Brown being taken away in an ambulance ..... it appears he shed a chain, causing the back wheel to lock .... Slight delay as he is looked over by paramedics ... the talk is of a possible shoulder injury

Simmons being allowed a little time to sort his bent bike out, while Tom Brown takes a trip to the local hospital to have his shoulder looked at
Kessler led for half a lap before Walker passed him, then Simmons passed Kessler a lap later
