Comments: Riders moving at start all4back. Rokcets quickest away. Hawkins locked up bend 2 and was out of it. Parker round Ekberg bend 4 lap 2. 2 bike length away from Neath on the line.

Line Up: Shields (15m), Hughes, Herne, Allen
Comments: Nervous Shields touched the tapes and goes off 15metres. Probably the first time hes ever sat behind them. Hughes taken wide by Allen bend 4 lap 1 and slid under fence. Up and ok but excluded. Rebels were on a 5-1. From Gate, Shields caught up with Herne after a lap but wouldnt budge off the white line.

Heat 03: Re-run Masters, Boxall, Bowen 1-5 6-12 59.1
Line Up: Frampton, Bowen, Masters, Boxall
Comments: Rockets on very comfortable 5-1 when Frampton lost it bend 4 lap 1 and slid under the fence. Re-run without Frampton. Masters got the better start. Bowen lifted backstraight lap 2 and went from 2nd to nowhere.

Comments: Gathercole span and fell remounted bend 3 lap 1 when 3rd, Hughes round Allend bend 4 lap 3. Easy for Sundstrom.

Line Up: Frampton, Bowen, Parker, Hawkins
Comments: Big jump from Hawkins. Hes warned for moving before the start. Frampton moves this time another re-run. Hawkins down bend 1 re-run with all4. Hawkins didnt look like he was touched. Ref holding tapes far 2 long. Delay while bikes are sorted. Shadders worrying if he ll miss last train from Rye House Station. Start Marshall just chasing away ducks from bend 4. . Hawkins down again but took Bowen with him. Hawkins excluded and briefly down injured. Up and ok now. Bowen limped away too. Another re-run. At this rate we ll still be here when the clocks go forward at 1am. Great cut back from Parker bend 2 to go from 3rd to 1st down backstraight lap 1. Won very easy.
