Heat Results
Heat 01:Holder, Doyle, Wright, Andersen (ret) 1-5
Line Up: Andersen, Wright,Holder ,R/R Doyle
Comments: Doyle takes R/R. Tight first bend between Doyle, Holder & Andersen. Holder falls first, Andersen shortly afterwards. All 4 back in the re-run. Fair decision. Andersen now walking back to the pits but seems to be in a bit of discomfort.
Re-reun: Holder beats Andersen to the first bend, Andersen pulls up 2nd bend & looks to be in pain (hip injury).
Wright never close enough to Doyle to seriously challenge.

Heat 02:Lawson, Mroczka, Lanham, Madsen (fell) 4-2, 5-7
Line Up: Lawson, Lanham,Madsen , Mroczka
Comments:Belle Vue gate, Lanham drifts too wide first bend and Madsen & Mroczka nip by on the inside. Neither Poole rider looked at ease with the track/conditions, Madsen falls lap 2 bend 2 but gets up to allow the race to continue. Mroczka had a few moments but held Lanham off pretty easily.
Sponsored by Steve Dixon www.stevedixonphotography.co.uk [/b]
Heat 03:Doyle, Pedersen, Lawson, Hougaard. 1-5, 6-12
Line Up: Hougaard,R/RLawson,Pedersen , Doyle
Comments: Lawson takes R/R.
Doyle makes an absolute flyer. Lawson close to Pedersen early on but his challenge faded.

Heat 04:Mroczka, Watt, Lanham, Karlsson (ret) 7-17
Line Up: Karlsson, Lanham,Watt , Mroczka
Comments: Belle Vue having a 'mare. Karlsson coasts round at the back for most of the race - not sure if he had bike troubles or not. Mroczka hit the front from the start and won it very convincingly. Watt drifted wide 2nd bend, Lanham nipped by on the inside, Watt back under him as they went over the start/finish line. Looked like Lanham was going to pass him again but locked up too much and Poole had it easy from then on.
Gates 1&3 looking very helpful at the moment!

Heat 05: Hougaard, Wright, Mroczka, Holder. 5-1, 12-18
Line Up: Hougaard,R/RWright,Holder , R/RMroczka
Comments:Wright & Mroczka take the R/R rides. Tight first bend, both Poole riders found themselves in the wrong place coming out of bend 2. Mroczka threw everything at Wright but couldn't find a way through although he did get close a few times.
Sponsored by Splod
Heat 06:Watt, Wright, Lanham, Madsen. 3-3, 15-21
Line Up:AndersenLanham, Wright,Watt , Madsen
Comments:Lanham replacing Andersen. Wright goes for the blast round the outside on the first few lines but just drifted a bit too wide and Watt nipped by on the inside entering bend 3 and that was that.
Sponsored by
Heat 07:Lanham, Doyle, Pedersen, Lawson (ret). 3-3, 18-24
Line Up:KarlssonLanham, Lawson,Pedersen , Doyle
Comments: Lanham out again this time instead of Karlsson who has pulled out with (knee) ligament damage. Lawson suffers an engine failure entering first bend whilst in a good position. Doyle edges ahead of Lanham entering third bend. Doyle gets the 2nd bend on the last lap completly wrong and Lanham passes with ease.
Sponsored by Merlin
Heat 08:Watt, Mroczka, Lanham, Wright. 5-1. 19-29
Line Up: Wright, Lanham,R/RWatt , Mroczka
Comments: Watt takes R/R. Unsatisfactory start, all 4 back.
Poole make a mockery of having gates 2 & 4 (no winners until then) as they hit the front from the start and never remotely challenged.

Heat 09:Hougaard, Watt, Madsen, Lawson. 6-3, 25-32
Line Up: Hougaard,R/RLawson,Watt , Madsen

Heat 10: Wright, Doyle, Pedersen, Lawson (fell) 3-3, 28-35
Line Up:AndersenLawson, Wright,Pedersen , Doyle
Comments:Lawson out again replacing Andersen this time. Tight on the first lap. Doyle goes for the blast round the outside on the 4th bend, very nearly gets the drop on Wright but drifts too wide (then locks up) and Wright not challenged thereafter. Lawson has a nightmare falling off twice.

Sponsored by
Heat 12:Pedersen, Lanham, Hougaard, Madsen. 3-3, 33-42
Line Up: Hougaard, Lanham,Pedersen , Madsen
Comments:Pedersen flies out of the start. Madsen crawls round the kerb first bend and almost runs into the side of his team mate. Madsen lifts violently down the back straight and has to shut off letting Hougaard into third.

Heat 13: Holder, Watt, Lawson (fex). 0-5, 33-47
Line Up:AndersenLawson, Karlsson,Holder , Watt
Comments: Lawson replacing Andersen. 3 riders only. A great ride by Lawson for 2 and a half laps. Was leading (and reasonably comfortably too) but overlocks(throttle stuck open according to Chris Morton) it on the third bend and falls awkwardly, Holder avoided him, but Watt couldn't. Race awarded as 0-5.

Heat 14:Doyle, Hougaard, Mroczka (X) 2-3. 35-50

Sponsored by [/b]
Heat 15:Doyle, Pedersen, Wright, Hougaard (f) 1-5, 36-55
Line-up: Hougaard, Wright,Doyle , Pedersen
Comments: Belle Vue off gates 1 & 3. Pedersen gates well off 4, drifts far too wide, relegated to the back after that, passes Wright entering bend 3 and then passes Hougaard at the start of lap 2. Hougaard falls but clears the bike off the track to allow the race to continue.
