Heat 01: Dyer, Smart, Scarboro, Hughes (Fx) 5-1 (5-1)
Line Up: L.Smart, M.Dyer, K.Hughes,M.Owen R.Scarboro
Comments: Dudley win toss and take gates 1 & 3.
Scarboro takes R/R for Rye House.
Scarboro tried knicking gate 1 off Dyer.
Stopped. Hughes fell turn 1 and is excluded. Slightly awkward fall as the bike let go at the back end and dumped him shale side. Up and walks away after 30 seconds.
Re-run easy from the gate. Smart absolutely cruising behind Dyer and staying out of his way to let him take whatever line he wanted. Scarboro rode the track ok but well off the heathens pace.

Heat 02: Morris, Franklin, Birks, Stokes 5-1 (10-2)
Line Up: A.Morris, R.Franklin, T.Stokes, A.Birks
Comments: Easy for Morris. Hard but fair turn 1 lap 1 by Birks to shove Franklin into no mans land. He kept his head though to level off in 3rd backstraight lap 1 then passed Birks inside backstraight lap 2 and went away from him for easy 2nd place.

Line Up: T.Perry, J.Anderson, K.Hughes,M.Owen D.Mason
Comments: Hughes takes TR for Rye House.
Mason takes R/R for Rye House.
Great race at last. Hughes chased down Anderson to eventually pass outside turn 2 lap 4. At the back Perry challenged Mason on outside for 4 laps. Almost rounded him turn 2 lap 3 but Mason moved out a touch to cover him. Perry recovered to challenge again last turn. Tight on the line but not quite enough by Perry.

Heat 06: Dyer, Smart, Strudwick, Stokes 5-1 (27-12)
Line Up: L.Smart, M.Dyer, L.Strudwick, T.Stokes
Comments: Easy 5-1 but of note is great team riding by Smart. Lead backstraight lap 1. Looked over for Dyer and dropped the anchors to allow Dyer to lead. Smart then just sat behind him again giving his less experianced team the whole track to choose from.

Line-up: M.Dyer, L.Smart, K.Hughes, D.Mason
Comments: Rye House win toss and take gates 1 & 3.
Great race to end the night. Smart and Hughes virtually level for opening lap and half before Smart made outside pass stick. Hughes kept pushing hard and almost repassed on the run to the line. Dyer in an easy 3rd did his best Hughes impression by almost looping the bike coming off turn 2 lap 3. Good save by him. Mason nowhere near to take advantage.
