Heat Results
Heat 01: Barker, Neath, Hawkins, Franchetti 3-3 50.00
Line Up: Barker, Franchetti, Neath, Hawkins
Comments: Plymouth win toss and have elected to choose in heat 15. So Rye have 2-4 for Heat 1.
Franchetti takes R/R.
Barker just flipped the bike on his practice start, He's up and ok (luckily for him).
Stopped: Barker jumped the start, Drama for both Rockets as they both have bike problems. Neath now on Frampton's bike for re-run.
Re-run: Neath traps but gets out of shape on turn 1 drifting wide and allowed Barker up the inside. Franchetti gated in 3rd but Hawkins got up the inside entering turn 3 lap 1, Barker went on to win by a mile. And despite Neath getting out of shape a few times the Rockets pair team rode comfortably for minor places.

Heat 02: Brundle, Cockle, Franchetti, Nelson(EF) 3-3 6-6 52.75
Line Up: Franchetti, Cockle, Brundle, Nelson

Heat 03: Bowen, Boxall, Kristiansen, Sedgmen(EX) 1-5 7-11 51.06
Line Up: Kristiansen, Sedgmen, Bowen, Boxall
Comments: Stopped: Sedgmen out from the tapes and away but entering lap 2 he lost drive and bike packed up, He lifted and as he got the bike back down he caused Kristiansen to fall. Sedgmen excluded, Real shame as he was away there!.
Re-run: Boxall gated but Kristiansen pushed him wide on turn 2 to take the lead, However he went far too wide on turn 3 and allowed both Rockets past. Far too easy for Rockets pair after that.

Heat 05: Kristiansen, Hawkins, Sedgmen, Neath 4-2 12-18 51.85
Line Up: Kristiansen, Sedgmen, Neath, Hawkins
Comments: Good race!. Hawkins gated but Kristiansen around the outside on turns 1-2 to lead but Hawkins came back at him making a good race of it for first couple of laps before Kristiansen pulled away. Sedgmen who was last out the gate produced a cracking cutback on turn 2 to pass Neath who is having bike problems and wasnt on his number 1 bike.

Heat 06: Cockle, Barker, Frampton, Brundle(EF) 5-1 17-19 52.00
Line Up: Barker, Cockle, Frampton, Brundle
Comments: Cockle takes R/R.

Heat 07: Bowen, Boxall, Wells, Franchetti 1-5 18-24 50.81
Line Up: Wells, Franchetti, Bowen, Boxall
Comments: Easy for Rockets!. Bowen gated like a scalded cat to lead with Wells in 2nd. But Wells then pulled a massive locker on turn 2 allowing Boxall up inside. It was very easy after that both Rockets looking quick, This pair will take some beating here tonight. Gino struggling tonight all over the shop!!.

Heat 08: Wells, Hawkins, Cockle, Nelson 4-2 22-26 51.86
Line Up: Wells, Cockle, Hawkins, Nelson
Comments: Wells takes R/R.
What a race!!!. Ref has made a howler though! Devils gated and Wells round outside of first 2 bends flew off to win easily. Hawkins wound it on to pass Cockle round the boards of bends 3-4 of lap 2 carrying loads of speed in the process, But the fun dosent end there!!. Nelson then stalked Cockle for remainder of the race before making a brilliant pass on final bend around the outside to take it by a wheel on the line. Incredibly ref gave 3rd to Cockle and it wasnt even close!!.

Line Up: Wells, Cockle, Neath, Hawkins
Comments: Cockle replaces Franchetti.
Stopped: Another very very dodgy decision!. Devils gated and were on 5-1 for lap 1 until Hawkins up inside of Cockle on bend 3 lap 2 drifting him into the fence cleverly in the process, Hard but fair. Cockle then steamed up inside of Neath on bend 1 lap 3 and pulled Neath to the fence. Neath wobbled before falling and is excluded from re-run. Looked as if there was contact. Rye will feel very hard done by tonight.
Re-run: From gate for Wells but Hawkins up his backside all the way!.

Heat 12: Kristiansen, Bowen, Nelson, Cockle 3-3 37-35 52.78
Line Up: Kristiansen, Cockle, Bowen, Nelson
Comments: Nelson replaces Brundle.
Cracking race! 2 races in 1. Kristiansen out and away initially but Bowen went from 3rd to 2nd after cutting back on turn 2 and was all over Kristiansen for whole race, But Devil held on well. Meanwhile Nelson who was last after the first turn was all over Cockle and eventually flew passed exiting turn 4 lap 3.

Heat 13: Frampton, Barker, Wells, Brundle 3-3 40-38 51.90
Line Up: Barker, Wells, Brundle, Frampton
Comments: Brundle replaces Neath.
Barker missed it big time! He managed to quickly pass Wells on first turn before going after Brundle and passed him exiting turn 4 lap 2. He gave everything to chase down Frampton but Rocket held on well with a super ride. At the back Wells produced a stunning cut back on bend 4 to sneak 3rd from Brundle on the line.

Heat 14: Boxall, Nelson, Cockle, Sedgmen 1-5 41-43 52.28
Line Up: Sedgmen, Cockle, Boxall, Nelson
Comments: Cockle replaces Franchetti.
Even break between front 3 with Sedgmen missing it big time and unable to make an impression. Boxall settled in front with Nelson trying everything to pass Cockle and despite Cockle's best efforts Nelson had too much speed and got up the inside of turn 2 lap 3. The tide turns again. Last heat decider. Eeek (Says Mikey) I agree.

Heat 15: Barker, Wells, Boxall, Frampton 5-1 46-44 52.13
