Comments :
The third bend is nearly full and Robyn is not alone on the 4th Bend!!!
Jason King broke the tapes...on the parade lap!!
Now they have a tapes problem but at least it allows the late comers a chance to get in.
Ht1: Fastest time of the season so far
Ht2: Race stopped unsatisfactory start. J.King ended up under and through the air fence. All 4 back.
Jason is ok...no damage at all...all very graceful. He popped up on the other side of the air fence like a jack in the box.
Presenter actually announced that Danny King won the heat and had to take it back! It was very close on the line.
Jason King did a pirouette on lap 3 but remounted.
Heat 3: Johnston challenging all the way.
Ht4: Stopped unsatisfactory start, all 4 back. Not quite sure why!
Loram challenging all the time.
Ht5: Excellent heat with a good battle between Scott and Pepe.
Ht6: 3 riders abreast going into 3rd bend of first lap. Somehow Tacey fell on last lap but he is ok.
Just doing a track grade and water as track is very dry.
Ht8: Tacey in res ride
Race stopped Tacey fell and stayed down,...didn't work as he is excluded from the re run. Ippo were on a 5-1.
Ht 9: Kylmakorpi taking tac ride. J King taking reserve ride.
Ippo pair gated to a 5-1 but Kylmakorpi got past Miskowiak end of lap 2.
Ht 10: Stopped. To be re-run with all 4. Appeared to me that Louis got a flyer.
Louis got pushed wide on 1st bend 1st lap. Louis got 3rd on the line.
Ht 11: Nicholls taking tac ride.
Stopped, bit of shoving from Nicholls. Jaros fell and Scott has been excluded from re-run. Scott not a happy chappy..appeared to have 'words' with presenter and a few others
Ht11: Lanham fell 1st bend, 1st lap and stayed down for a while until he realised they were not going to stop the race, so picked his bike up and started going round again!
Ht13: Can't comment on the race as 2 of Sues kids were hassling her!
Ht14 Tacey res ride
Race stopped. Unsatisfactory start all 4 back. Not sure why but Pepe did an amazing pass on the outside on bend 2 of both the Arena riders then the lights came on!
Stopped again! Pepe and Tacey fell. Pepe exc. Completely wrong decision, happened right in front of Sue, Tacey not in full control and bashed into Pepe as he was going down
Ht15:Line up: Loram, Protasiewicz, Nicholls, Kylmakorpi.
Arena take 1&3.
Many thanks to Sue for the texts and to everyone for looking in.
