Comments: Stopped! Kurtz down on the 1st bend and gave the fence a clout. May have taken one in the backless
Should be all 4 back as he got stuffed by Haines but Kurtz discluded. Re-run: From the gate and spread out!

Comments: Fish stuffed Anderson on the 1st bend which caused Ando to stuff Toft who rode the wall of death. Toft chased Ando and superbly rounded him bend 2 lap 3. Toft kept on it after the Fish and almost got him bend 2 lap 4 but the Fish slammed the door shut on bend 3 lap 4 and moved out while Toft hugged the kerb, with Toft snatching 2nd on the run to the line!

Haines now up and walking gingerly back to the pits, short delay while the fence is repaired. INTERVAL NOW BEING TAKEN AS FENCE REPAIRS ARE GOING TO TAKE A WHILE. Re-run: Toft all over Gathercole every bend inside and out. Awesome race despite no passing.

Comments: Skidmore takes the final R/R ride for Sheffield. Stopped, Wells hits the tapes with his head and will go off 15 metres. Re-run: Looked easy as you like for the Devils. Fish took outside, Barker took the inside. Wells who was still last exiting bend 2 lap 4flew by Skidmore into bend 3 lap 4 and cut back between the Devils pair. The 3 crossed the line just about in a line!
