Comments:
Glasgow win the toss and take 1 & 3
Heat 2 Good overtaking move by Simmons
Heat 3 Had to be re-run, Dicken was warned about moving at the start
Heat 7 Nieminen taking a tactical ride.
Heat 8 Ksiezak coming in in place of McAllen
Heat 9 Parker managed to get past Stojanowski earlier on in the heat and then put Morton under all kinds of pressure for the last lap and a half. Morton was receiving plenty of vocal support (Leigh now has a sore throat from shouting)
Heat 10 Nieminen gated to the lead only for Holder to chase for 2 laps and finally pass. Dicken fell at the back and seemed to give up .
Heat 11 Bird taking a tactical ride (Leigh has been threatened by her mum and has been told she has to shout for the IoW and NOT Bird)
Heat 11 Bird had bike problems (mini arguement between Leigh, her mum and Rucker over the cause, could have been engine or a puncture) at the end of lap 2 while second, although not challenging for first.
Further note....seems it was a puncture
Heat 12 Dicken excluded for exceeding the 2 minute time allowance and was replaced by Cockle.
Heat 14 Parker taking a tactical substitute ride off 15m in place of Cockle
Heat 15 Glasgow win toss and take 2 and 4
