Heat 01: Davies, North, Auty, Ellis ret 58.7
Comments: Ellis gated but Davies went under him going into bend 3 lap 1, North came from last to 2nd on the next lap and also went under Ellis who seemed to have bike problems. Auty past Ellis on last lap and Ellis pulled up with bike issues.

Heat 02: Tungate, Barker, Nelson, Manzares ret 58.1
Comments: Tungate with excellent gate for win. Nelson got into 2nd off bend 2, Barker got back past on bends 3/4 lap 1 after Nelson went too wide. Nelson kept with Barker but never enough to get into 2nd. Gino pulled up on lap 2 with a puncture.

Heat 03: Re-run Allen, Smith, Heeps 59.2
Comments: Stopped, All down bend 1 apart from Heeps. All gated well. Smith went down on the inside slid across the track took out Allen and Lanham, How Heeps missed Smith texter doesnt know. All4back. All up and walking back to the pies except Lanham who seems to be stuck under the air fence. According to Kevin Long he took a speedway bike to the side of the head also.
Lanham non-starter in re-run. Allen got a flyer and was gone, Smith past Heeps coming out of bend 2 lap 1.

In the break whilst they check on Leigh the texter has used an app on his phone to check a plane flying overhead - it was going from Heathrow to Japan. Texter and all round entertainer.
Heat 04: Risager, Doolan, Garrity, Hawkins 59.1
Comments: From Gate, Nothing much to say apart from Doolan is wearing his old Witches Kevlars so we'll call it a Witches 5-1.

Heat 05: Barker, Doolan, Heeps, Ellis
Comments: Good gate by Doolan but the real Witches No.1 went round him bend 3/4 lap 1. Stayed that way for the duration but Heeps had an Ellis on his tail all the way.

Apprantley the new Toilet facility's are awesome and have a good heater, Texter's friend didnt wanna come out.
Heat 06: Tungate, Smith, Garrity, Davies Fell awarded
Comments: A jump start by Smith and got away with it. Tungate went round the lot on bends 1 and 2. Smith briefly got pressure from Garrity on inside same bend. Smith pulled away down the backstraight and thats how it stayed. Davies engine let go on last lap and he took a gentle nudge into the fence. He got bike up as red lights went on so race was awarded.

Heat 07: Re-run Auty, Nelson, Risager 59.5
Comments: Stopped, Risager got the drop on Allen after a bit of messing around at tapes with elbows. Into turn 1 Allen ran into the side of Risager both went down Allen excluded. Both up and ok
Auty just about made it for the re-run. Risager gated, Nelson wetn round and Auty went up inside on bend 2 lap 1. Risager from 1st to last. Nelson was chased down by Auty who cut up inside on him going into lap 4 but didnt leave Nelson much room to get his left leg down as they went into bend 1 all ok though.

Comments: 3 Riders only. North untroubled. Gino looked on pace. Hawkins out of touch at the rear.

Comments: Tungate with a fantastic gate and gone, Good scrap for 2nd with Hawkins been taken by Ellis on backstraight lap 1 only for Hawkins to pull a move out of the Gollob book and produce a fantastic cutback on bend 4 of lap 1 but Ellis kept him honest.

Comments: Risager and Barker both made a good gate, Barker ran Morten wide on turns one and two and pulled away down the straight.

Heat 11: Garrity, Manzares, Heeps, Auty 59.7
Comments: Good start by Heeps but Garrity went round everyone on bends 1/2 to take lead was untroubled then on. Good race for 2nd with Heeps holding it pressure on the inside from Gino and Josh trying outside, eventually Gino got by Heeps on homestraight going into lap 3.

Heat 12: Doolan, Smith, Nelson, North 59.9
Comments: Great race between the Aussies! Doolan got the start but Smith went hell for leather after him and was round him by bend 4. Doolan got him back bends 1/2 of lap 2 and it was head to head going down backstraight with Smith dropping back coming out of bend 4. Nelson was with the pair of them trying to pick up any mistakes and North was nowhere to be found at rear.

Track grading taking place and the track looks as good now as it did when he first arrived. Bob Ellis is a great track curator.
Kevin long interviewing Chris Louis about Hawkins long term plans with the club and also his thoughts on Manzares tonight. Chris replied that he's been impressed more so given then its his first time here and aside from the bike issue in his first ride he has held his own in good company - reading between the lines he could be the replacement for Makinen if Hawks doesnt wish to extend his 6 week term with the club.

Comments: From Gate. Ellis with Garrity for a lap and half but Jason pulled away.

Heat 14: Davies, Doolan, Manzares 59.9
Comments: Good gate by Doolan, Better one by Davies, Another poor one by Manzares. It looked like Doolan would get under Davies going into bends 3/4 lap 1 but Davies closed the door fairly. Strung out after that. Manzares steel shoe came off as he started lap 3 so he tailed off at the rear.

Heat 15: Smith, Barker, Auty, Hawkins 59.9
Comments: Auty tried to jump gate but missed so it was let go. Smith led from tapes with Barker trying every line to get him until he went too wide turns bends 3/4 of lap 3 and lost ground, Auty went inside of Hawkins at that point after Ritchie made a mistake. At the front Smith was slowing and just finished ahead of Barker on the line. Lots of smoke coming from Kozza's bike, bits of engine all over track by looks of it.

Comments: North upsets formbook and beats Tungate from gate. Heeps also got a good start and slotted into 2nd. Tungate trying everything to try and get past his fellow with and Aussie without joy. Risager never far away at the back but never looked like troubling Heeps or Tungate.

Comments: Good gate and gone from Morten, Ellis not close enought to challenge but pulled away from Manzares in 3rd who had some pressure from Kozza but kept him at bay to the end.

Comments: Heeps made the gate from the inside and shuffled the field outside, Hawkins took to the inside and almost got into 2nd but Davies had the edge on him, Heeps and Davies pulled away but Heeps never under threat, Nelson going wider and wider to try and blast round Hawkins but ran out of laps, One more and he may have got 3rd.

Comments: Auty looked a bit squirmy from the gate but got to the first bend and there wasnt much else either, Tungate or Doolan could do, It looked like Doolan would take 2nd plae but on the backstraight of lap 1 he lifted which allowed Tungate to go past and pull ahead of him.

Comments: Good gate by Garrity for win. The scrap for 2nd was on, Barker and North trading blows. hard riding through and through going into bends 3/4 lap 4 Barker was going round and North just didnt turn and hung Barker out in the fence, Barker kept going only for North to take him wider and wider eventually hitting the air fence. North excluded. Barker no happy. Words exchanged in pits with lot of other riders egging North on.
