I.o.W in 2 & 4, late start due to watering/grading/
Ht 1, Nielsen fell on 1st bend, benefit of doubt because track a little patchy so allowed in rerun. His bike then stalled at start of rerun, had to go back 15m.
Ht 1, 1st Boxall, 2nd Johnson, 3rd Nielsen, 4th Stoneman, 68.1, 5-1, 5-1.
Ht 2, 1st Widman, 2nd Stoneman, 3rd Baseby, 4th Mountain, 71.6, 5-1, 10-2. From gate.
Ht 3, 1st Hopwood, 2nd Ritchings, 3rd Bates, 4th Armstrong, 70.7, 5-1, 15-3, From gate, Mildenhall can't buy a gate!
Ht 4, 1st Ellis, 2nd Widman, 3rd Halsey, 4th Baseby, 69.3, 5-1, 20-4. I.o.W. gated, Halsey into 2nd on 2nd bend, but Widman stuck with him, and got passed him on 4th bend, lap 3, great stuff.
Ht 5, Stefan Nielsen Tac Ride.
Ht 5, 1st Nielsen, 2nd Hopwood, 3rd Stoneman, 4th Ritchings, 70.1, 2-7, 22-11. Finally a gate from the tigers, on a 8-1, Ritchings had first crack, couldn't get past Stoneman, so Hopwood went round them both, Darryl just missing out on the line for third.
Ht 6, 1st Boxall, 2nd Johnson, 3rd Halsey, 4th Mountain, 67.9, 5-1, 27-12. 4-2 from gate, but Johnson past Halsey on 2nd bend.
Ht 7, Josh Bates Tac Ride.
Ht 7, 1st Stoneman, 2nd Ellis, 3rd Bates, 4th Armstrong, 71.9, 5-1, 32-13. Good ride from Adam to protect Stoneman, who made a good gate, and kept his bike from catching on fire!
Ht 8, 1st Johnson, 2nd Baseby, 3rd Stoneman, 4th Widman, 70.5, 3-3, 35-16. Widman with poor gate, tried everything to get past Stoneman, couldn't quite ever get close enough.
Ht 9, 1st Hopwood, 2nd Halsey, 3rd Mountain, Ritchings Exc, Awarded, 3-3, 38-19. Ritchings fell on 1st bend, lap 3, and Mountain ploughed into his stricken bike, and flew through the air in a spectactular looking crash. Both stayed down for a while, but both walked back to pits unaided, apparently no worse for their efforts! Tough lads.
Ht 10, 1st Boxall, 2nd Johnson, 3rd Bates, 4th Armstrong, 68.8, 5-1, 43-20. From gate.
Ht 11, 1st Ellis, 2nd Nielsen, 3rd D. Stoenman, 4th N. Stoneman, 69.2, 4-2, 47-22. Danny stalked Nathan for 4 laps, got him on line.
Ht 12, 1st Bates, 2nd Hopwood, 3rd Widman, 4th Baseby (in for Mountain), 70.3, 3-3, 50-25. Hopwood and Bates swapping positions for the lead, until Ben did a wall of death, and dropped back a bit.
Ht 13, 1st Boxall, 2nd Nielsen, 3rd Ellis, 4th Halsey, 70.0, 4-2, 54-27. Boxall past Nielsen home straight, lap 2, Ellis shoved out wide on first bend, couldn't make up the ground.
ht 14, Mountain replaces Armstrong (already covered 4 race distances at West Row!) Widman in blue for Stoneman.
ht 14, 1st Baseby, 2nd Widman, 3rd Ritchings, 4th Mountain, 71.4, 3-3, 57-30. From gate, although Widman trying hard.
Ht 15, Red = Boxall, Blue = Hopwood, White = Nielsen, Yellow = Bates.
Ht 15, 1st Boxall, 2nd Nielsen, 3rd Bates, 4th Hopwood, 69.4, 3-3, 60-33. From gate, although good race, Hopwood not too far away from Bates.
