Heat Results
Heat 01: Worrall, Greaves, Lambert, Priest 5-1
Line Up: Worrall, Greaves, Lambert, Priest
Comments: Lambert nearly put himself in the 2nd bend fence and did well to get back in contention to challenge Greaves. Greaves did just enough for the paid win

Heat 06: Sarjeant, Worrall, Terry-Daley. Greaves (R) 2-4; 21-15
Line Up: Worrall, Greaves, Sarjeant, Terry-Daley
Comments: Worrall leading until turn 2 lap 2, looked like he found a slick patch and nearly dropped it but saved it. Sarjeant did well not to run into him and to line up the pass. Worrall tried inside and outside but Sarjeant rode a good line. Greaves engine failure whilse third
Sponsored by
Heat 07: Starke, Williamson, Nielsen, Greenwood 5-1; 26-16
Line Up: Starke, Williamson, Nielsen, Greenwood
Comments: Superb race for second. Forget Starke and Greenwood it was all about Matt and Stefan. Matt was second lap 1 but Stefan dived inside going into lap2 to steal it away. Williamson turned back under him to repay the compliment, Nielsen then tried everything with never more than a bike length between the lads all the way to the flag. Good clean racing by both

Heat 10: Nielsen, Greenwood, Williamson, Worrall (NS) 1-5; 36-26
Line Up: Worrall,Greaves Phillips Williamson, Nielsen, Greenwood
Comments: Weird one here, Phillips in for Greaves but he's only taken two rides, then basically everyone has moved, tapes are broken and Phillips is excluded. Williamson in for Phillips.
ReRun - Awful crash turn 1. Nielsen has made a genuine error and wiped Worrall out. Nielsen went straight over to Stevie to see if he's ok, credit too him for that. Ref has ruled all 4 back, crazy. Worrall has got up and walked away under his own steam after a few minutes. 3 riders only, Worrall not riding in the rerun
ReRun x2 - Nielsen lifted wildly turn 2 but got it all under control, Greenwood comes to the party and fires himself up the inside for second, easy 5-1 for Coventry and its now raining

Sponsored by

Line Up:Worrall Phillips, Starke, Lambert, Sarjeant

Sponsored by
Heat 14: Perry, Greenwood, Williamson, Knuckey 4-2; 48-40
Line Up: Perry, Williamson, Greenwood, Knuckey
Comments: What a race that turned out to be. Perry lead all the way but under pressure all 4 laps. Greenwood dived hard under Perry last bend, coming off the turn Greenwood possibly had a tyre lead but Perry takes it on the line by the smallest margin, at the back Knuckey passed Wiliamson lap 1, Williamson chased all the way and got a line on Knuckey coming off the last turn to steal third by half a wheel
Sponsored by Splod
