Cook too eager and he breaks the tapes. He'll go off a 15m handicap.
Re-Run: Unsatisfactory start. A warning given to Tungate.
Re-Run x2: Robins gated on a 5-1 but Bridger passed out of bend 2 and Cook repeated the move on lap 2. Bridger got all out of shape going into lap 4 and Cook went through but Tungate was too far behind.

Comments: Unsatisfactory start. A warning given to Cook.
Re-Run: Morris gated and he rode a hard second bend. It was a great battle up front with Cook chasing hard. Grajczonek drove under Lawson going into the final bend and it stuck.

Comments: An even gate but Morris got badly out of shape and he almost fell but he did impede Cook. Which allowed Sedgmen to get away. Morris gave up on lap 4 when way behind.
