Heat Results
Heat 01: Lunna,Lawson,Campton,Wells(Retired)...57.14. 5-1.

Heat 02: Garcia,Roynon,Williamson,Ayres(Fell)...57.48. (3-3). 8-4.
Line Up: Garcia , Ayres , Roynon , Williamson
Comments: Garcia gates ahead of Roynon, Ayres chasing Roynon hard - always going to end in tears hat, and sure enough Ayres down bend 2 lap 2, but human aged to clear the track ok.

Heat 03: Worrall,Bach,Hansen,Jensen(Retired)...57.39. (5-1). 13-5.

Heat 04: Summers,Vissing,Ayres,Williamson...57.15. (4-2). 17-7.
Line Up: Summers , Ayres , Vissing , Williamson
Comments: Summers gates and is in a different postcode by the end of lap 1. Meanwhile at the back, Ayres does a Gollobesque dive inside the two Comets on bend 3, and after Paulco took his hand away from his eyes all three had stayed up and Ayres had moved into third place.

Heat 05: Bach,Worrall,Wells,Campton...57.76. (5-1). 22-8.
Line Up: Worrall , Bach , Wells , Campton
Comments: Worrall gates, but Bach rides an amazing second end to get to the front. Wells never far behind the Tigers pair, but the best 10K Glasgow ever made was miles behind at the back.

Heat 07: Garcia,Summers,Hansen,Jensen(Retired)...58.49. (5-1). 32-10.
Line Up: Summers , Garcia , Hansen , Jensen
Comments: Cracking ride by Summers to shepherd his partner round with Hansen close on their tail. Jensen again not interested, touring round at the back before doing a wheelie in front of the grandstand. Into the pits then after a lap. Still raining.

Heat 08:(Re-Run): Campton,Lunna,Williamson(Excluded),Ayres(Retired)...AWARDED. (2-3). 34-13.
