Re-Runx2: Stopped again. Wilson-Dean and Garcia tangle going into the first bend and both go down. All 4 back.. Garcia up and ok. Wilson-Dean still getting some on track treatment. They are calling for a ambulance to come out for Wilson-Dean...sounds like a possible shoulder problem. Wilson-Dean now up on his feet walking unaided to get into the ambulance but he is not looking too good.

Comments: Tungate got the better of Worrall into the first bend and that was that. Bacon gave Ayres a hard time the first couple of laps before Ayres managed to pull away.

Comments: Garcia takes the rider replacement ride. Tremendous race between Wright and Garcia, passing and repassing for fun until Wright not only slams the door shut but bolts it, locks it up and throws away the key on the third lap, still Garcia came back at Wright but Wright wasn't going to be denied.

Comments: Bacon takes the rider replacement ride. Ayres replaces Garcia. Stopped. Bacon wiped out by Ayres going into the first bend. All 4 back.Bacon still down and being attended to by paramedics.Bacon now up on his feet and able to walk back to the pits.
STATMAN THINKS THIS IS GOING TO BE A LOOOOOONG NIGHT. I TOTALLY AGREE WITH HIM.
Re-Run: Worrall led from the tapes but it was to be but a fleeting moment of hope for him as Grajczonek flew past him going down the back straight and went on to win with ease.

Comments: Three riders only. Tungate from the tapes but Back kept him honest. Summers so far back in third he must have been in danger of being excluded for not making a bonafide attempt to race.

Comments: Wright and Bach take the rider replacement rides. Garcia replaces Ayres. Stopped. Massive crash on bend 2 involving Bach,Garcia and Bacon. All 3 just seemed to tangle and then it was just a mass of bodies and bikes cartwheeling into the air fence. Garcia up and seems ok. Bacon and Bach both conscious and talking to the paramedics. Tom Bacon now up on his feet and Rene Bach also up on his feet...the fact all 3 are able to get up and walk away from it all is a minor miracle in itself. Bacon excluded from the re-run.
THERE IS GOING TO BE A DELAY WHILE TOM BACON IS BEING ASSESSED BY THE PARAMEDICS PLUS GARCIA'S AND BACH'S BIKE S NEED A LOT OF ATTENTION TO THEM.

IT'S GOING TO BE AT LEAST ANOTHER 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE PARAMEDIC HAS FINISHED REASSESSING TOM BACON.
TOM BACON HAS A HIP INJURY AND THE PARAMEDIC HAS WITHDRAWN HIM FROM THE MEETING.....AND THEN THERE WERE FOUR REBELS.
2 MINUTES ON FOR THE RE-RUN OF HEAT 8.
Re-Run: Bach led for about 10 yards before Wright passed him going into the first bend..was a lovely last bend pass by Garcia to Nick second place from Bach.
