Comments: Zagar realised that he's expected to score points in heat 1 for a tapes to flag victory, albeit with a questionable jump from the start. Karlsson was all over Worrall and took him bend 2 lap 4.

Line Up: Clegg, Howarth, R. Worrall (off 15m), Jacobs
Comments: Worrall touched the tapes with his wheel and then demolished them with his helmet. He's going off 15m.
Re-Run: Untroubled for Howarth. Clegg gated third and went past Jacobs bend 2 lap 2 but Jacobs went back under him bend 4 lap 2 and eased Clegg slightly wide which allowed Worrall to pass Clegg in the same move! Worrall quickly took second but he couldn't catch Howarth. Whilst Clegg passed Jacobs bend 4 lap 3 when Jacobs went too wide.

Line Up: Thorssell, Masters, Fricke, Cook
Comments: A clever move by Cook on bend 2 lap 1 to stick to the kerb and emerge in the lead, after he and Masters touched on bend 1. Masters passed underneath Cook bend 1 lap 2 and sent Cook very wide, the Cumbrian got out of shape and dropped to the back. Hard but fair racing.

Comments: Howarth is in great form! Both Howarth and Richie passed Steve on the back straight of lap 1 and Richie's bike died on him bend 2 lap 2. Karlsson was then all over Stevie.

Comments: Cook had the advantageous gate 3 and made the start to lead from tapes to flag. Zagar started poorly and Woffinden easily had the speed to go round the Slovenian on bend 2 lap 1. Then Tai quickly took second from his fellow Wolf and Zagar was never in it at the back.

Comments: Fricke appeared to jump the start but he penalised himself so the ref allowed the race to continue with Wolves on a maximum and Fricke at the back. Nicholls passed Lindgren bend 3 lap 3. Fricke fell bend 2 lap 4 when last.

Comments: Steve Worrall jumped and breaks the tapes with his helmet. He receives a warning. All 4 back.
Re-Run: Steve made a blistering start and won by a large distance. Richie was passed by Howarth bend 2 lap 1 and Tai on the back straight lap 1 and Woffinden sat behind Howarth to secure the drawn heat.

A tremendous ride from Cook as Wolves gated on a 5-1 but Cook was all over them for all 4 laps. The home Swede stars were team riding Cook out of it to perfection until Cook stole second place on the line by a tyre width.
