Comments: From the gate, Palovaara pulled up after bend 1, gesturing to the referee's box, dunno what his problem was. Going to be a short delay before the next heat as someone in the crowd has fallen and is being treated by the first aiders.

Heat 02: Re-Run:Sissis, Phillips, Morris 3-3 (6-6) (51-51) 57.27 (Ayres - Fell / Excluded)
Line Up: Sissis, Ayres, Morris, Phillips
Comments: Race Stopped. Horrible crash there. Morris gated and Ayres was all over his back wheel for the first lap. On bend 1 lap 2, Ayres clips Morris' back wheel and the two riders come down. Ayres spectacularly through the air fence. Both riders have gingerly hot to their feet and Ayres has been excluded. Another delay as the air fence gets repaired. Waiting on an ambulance as Ayres is away to hospital for a precautionary examination to his shoulder. Ayres has withdrawn from the meeting, 2 minutes on for the re-run.
Re-Run: From the gate, Sissis wins by half a lap.

Comments: Terrific race, Tight first bend saw Summers in front ahead of the two Diamonds. Bach quickly picked off, Palovaara bend 4 lap 1 then he caught and passed Lindgren bend 3 lap 3 for 2nd.

Re-Run X2: R Worrall gets the better of his brother, forging ahead after a close lap 1, Lunna nursed a smoking bike round for a point.
