*****COMMENTS******
Teams confirmed.
Right meeting about to start, amazingly Sky showed the ELA fixture at the Showground within the last month.
Sound has gone a bit weird on sky sports 2 which is pretty handy as we cant hear Green and Tatum very well.
Im assuming the commentary team will be Nigel Pearson and David Norris, which is a shame as i was hoping for the senile pair of Tony Millard and Carl Stonehewer.
Sudden Sam is on the track, you cant barely hear him but im sure the word buddy appears a lot, and in the pits is Sophie Blake who will attempt to talk to Jason Crump, she has her headset on so Sky can tell her what to say, god whatever happened to Suzie Perry least she could think for herself and knew what she was talking about.
Heat 01: Poole are off 1-3 and sound still isnt much better, u cant hear the commentators but the bikes are loud (good enough for me)
Heat 01: Batchelor gated and led til end of lap 1, then Panthers pair both flew past easy 5-1 after that.
Still barely any sound but im sure Sudden Sam just said Troy was winning and Hans shouted im coming through Buddy, or words to that effect.
Damn it the sound has returned to 100%
Heat 02: Swiderski nearly hit tapes and was last going into the first bend then he passed Boxall coming out of bend 2, and then passed Doyle on bend 4, another easy 5-1.
Iversen is in attendance hes gonna see Bryan Simpson for some physio or something.
Heat 03: Dryml takes R/R.
Easy 5-1 to Poole, Dryml went to wide on bend 3-4 on lap 1 trying to pass King but it ruined his race.
Crump is still suffering with his injuries
Heat 04: Boxall gated and won in brilliant fashion, unlike Kennett who came last in crap fashion.
Heat 05: Bjerre takes R/R
Kelvin stating the bloody obvious, Bjarne Pedersen now he needs to up his game here. Nah Kelvin really
Heat 05: King had ef while last on lap 3.
Sam said buddy
Heat 06: What a race, Kennett gated but was passed straight away by Andersen, then Dryml and Kennett passed and repassed each other several times, Really good race.
Dryml being interviewed and he keeps saying Ya know! Ohhh Lukas is turning into a Dane.
Heat 07: Bjerre gated but Crump injury and all flew past him on bend 4 round the boards awesome stuff.
Crump has withdrawn from the meeting due to his broken kneecap.
Heat 08: Commentary team suck they claimed Boxall took the lead, but it was Batchelor who passed Swiderski then Swiderski beat him on the line another good race.
Heat 09: Swiderski takes R/R.
Panthers gated on a 5-1 but Doyle swooped round outside of both, Kennett tried to pass King, but not good enough.
Bloody Pearson keeps on and on ohhh no Kennett tried hard but couldnt pass, he deserves a lot more, Never hear that mentioned about Lewis Bridger who tries a lot harder and has been racing a lot less than Kennett. In fact add Auty, Boxall and Woffinden to that list as well, its all bout Edward Kennett tho as far as skys concerned, but for ppl who have followed speedway for 30 yrs they know differently.
Heat 10: Doyle replaces Crump
Red lights on All 4 back Boyce and Andersen collided and Doyle went down. i say all 4 back but depends on ref Paul Carrington,
All 4 back well done Paul now get back to your driving instructer job.
Looking at replay maybe Andersen shouldve been excluded for foul riding.
Good to see Pat Butcher still in the pits. and good to see Hans actually chatting to her.
Heat 10: Easy 5-1, Doyle never finished race he was miles last anyway.
Jonathan Green is an idiot hes trying to see that Iversen being out is the same as Crump withdrawing. How the hell does that fool work that out. Thankfully with help from staring at the camera Kelvin managed to put him straight.
Heat 11: Pedersen takes TR., Panthers switch there reserves.
Pedersen gated but Bjerre swooped round outside on backstraight of lap 2, Batchelor passed Swiderski on lap 3 (Pearson called Batchelor Jason Doyle )
Heat 12: Andersen takes R/R, and Boxall replaces Crump, Hefenbrock replaces Swiderski.
Doyle gated but Andersen easily picked him off. Hefenbrock nearly passed Boxall at the end.
Heat 13: Decent race with Hans doing a bit of team riding to keep Pedersen out.
Heat 14: Unbelievable first lap Poole on a 5-1 both Panthers went either side of Boxall.
Coventry v Swindon confirmed for next week.
Heat 15: Line up: Hans Andersen, Kenneth Bjerre V Craig Boyce, Troy Batchelor
Poole off 1-3
Not a bad meeting cheers for looking in good night.
