Mihailovs pushes hard and passes Berge for 3rd on bend 4 lap 2. Bellego re-takes the lead at the end of lap 2 by passing Lebedevs. Berge works hard and re-takes 3rd on the last bend on the run into the finish line.

Comments: Lambert makes a great start for the lead, Doyle 2nd, Fricke 3rd and Woffinden 4th. Woffinden goes wide on bend 3 and loses control, goes high speed into the fence, bike goes up into the air, and Woffinden goes right under the air fence. Race Stopped. Woffinden is up on his feet, and is excluded from the re-run. Air fence needs repairing before the re-run takes place.
Re-Run: Red lights go on unsure why, re-start again. Doyle makes a cracking start for the lead, with Lambert 2nd and Fricke 3rd. Lambert pushes hard and takes the lead up the inside of Doyle going into lap 2, superb win for Lambert.
