Lanham had ef on 2nd bend of 2nd lap whilst way at the back. Jonsson did nothing for 4 laps until the last bend when he tried to challenge Swiderski but without luck.

Quite an exciting heat, didn't know who they were shouting for up there apparently! Kroner challenging Kling, Schramm challenging Tomicek, Schramm finally passed him 2nd bend of 4th lap.

race stopped, Kroner fell with the help of one of the Hammers, Kroner is up and none too pleased, striding back to the pits. Not a happy bunny at all!! All 4 back for re-run!

Awesome ride by Swiderski who won by a mile. Miskowiak tried to get past but the Hammers pair were being master of team riding, this Misko faded.

Comments: Lakeside take gates 1 & 3
Shields always at the front but was under pressure from Swiderski who was throwing everything including the kitchen sink at the track to try and get past. (Now that is just plain dangerous!! ) Miskowiak also came under a lot of pressure at the back from Kling who seemed to pick up Swidders "sink" and throw it down again to try and pass but to no avail! Good last heat - (seems lots of kitchen litter around at the end though)

Hampel not riding tonight! his place taken by Jan Graversen of Mildenhall, awaiting reason from Sue regarding Hampel at the moment! apparently he is still in the air, flight delay or something!
Ipswich win coin toss and take gates 1 & 3
at start of heat 2, rain is starting to get a tad more persistant there now!
at start of heat 11, it has stopped raining at last
end of heat 13 - oh it has started raining again!
start of heat 15 - it has stopped raining! shhhhhhhh!
Adam did a lap of honour which was well received! him, Kling and AJ all rode very well tonight for Lakeside!
Swiderski awarded Rider of the Night - Sue says he really is a Star!
