Heat Details: Hammers gate on a 5-1 but Vissing and Moller pass Tomicek first lap. Vissing chases hard but can't catch Kling. Moller and Tomicek have their own little game of pass and repass. Vissing's bike siezes after heat.

Heat Details: Simota gates but Shields passes him on first lap. Bjerre missed the gate, got close on the first lap but that was it (outside not working yet!)

Heat Details: From the gate with King as good as letting Kylmakorpi through on back straight of first lap, but got back past him on the third lap, apparently King was slowing up Vissing!

Weather: Nice and warm at the moment, a few rain clouds about but sun is out.
Track looks best that he has seen for ages and loads of what some may call dirt!
Food is the usual **** (best not put that)
Panthersman believe that winning the coin toss may be their only win of the season but still a victory! However, they are slow out of the gate as the Hammers are on the track first!
Texter wants to quit now whilst Panthers are ahead!
All 3 of Boro's heatleaders have missed the gate so far and the lower end riders are looking better
