R/R for Stefan Ekberg is Tommy Allen. Jason Lyons had a terrible looking crash. Trying to pass Rob Mear he lost control and cartwheeled down the track. The ambulance is now on the track...oh, and by the way, it's started to rain! Update Jason Lyons is conscious and there are no visible signs of injury. He's being taken to the medical room for checkup. Update 2 There will be a further delay for fence repairs.Update 3 Lyons has a shoulder injury but there's no news at the moment on how serious it is or whether he'll be able to take any further part in the meeting.[/i]

What a palaver! Robert Ksiezak took a Tactical Ride and Chris Neath was the R/R for Ekberg. Jack Hargreaves fell on the first bend. It was all four back but Hargreaves was limping and had bike trouble so was replaced by Birkinshaw who fell on the second lap in the rerun but remounted. Chris Neath suffered an engine failure but was able to get his bike going again to finish ahead of Birkinshaw.[/i]
