Heat 01: Re-run Mills,Janniro,Tacey,Lemon 3-3 60.30
Unstatisfactory start, Janniro and Lemon clashed half way to the first bend and Lemon ended up riding the concrete, Janniro's bike is damaged but he is otherwise fine. In the re-run, Kings Lynn pairing got in each others way for the first couple of laps, by the time Janniro got by Mills was long gone.

Heat 02: Oliver,Martin,Smith(F/Rem),Herne(Ret) 4-2 60.99 7-5
Herne really struggled and pulled up on the second lap. Smith fell last lap when second, just picked up drive mid bend and ran out of space.

Suchanek gave up on last lap while last. Ostergaard edged out Topinka on the second bend, Topinka nipped by Ostergaard on lap 3

Great ride by Harrison, he missed the gate but kept it wound on the outside and passed Smith lap one, Madsen lap 2

Good ride by Lambert who looked like he's regained a bit of speed. Lemon was third for a while but made an error and Mills got by him, Mills was rather close to Lambert by the end of the race.

Heat 06: Re-run Janniro,Madsen,Tacey,Herne 4-2 60.25 24-12
A coming together between Madsen and Janniro which then caused Tacey to become involved. There will be a delay while the fence is fixed and Tacey is checked over. To be re-run with all 4....Mungo says this is more like a cup final than a first round meeting! In the re-run, Janniro clamped Madsen on the inside just before the first bend allowing Tacey a free run on the outside. Tacey seemed to be struggling .

Heat 07: Ostergaard,Harrison,Oliver,Suchanek 3-3 60.81 27-15
Superb race, KL were on a 5-1 for 3 laps with Harrison shielding Oliver. Ostergaard was all over them though and went in between them at the end of the 3rd lap.

Mills taking a tactical ride and Oliver in for Smith. Mills from the gate and never troubled. Martin put Tacey under some pressure in the later stages.

Madsen from the gate, Topinka always close and got by him on the second lap. Lambert tried hard but couldn't get close enough to Madsen to seriously challenge.

Ostergaard very very wide first bend, he was fast though and got past Tacey on lap 3 and wasn't too far behind Janniro by the end of the race too!

Oliver made a decent gate but made a small error on the second bend and was relegated to the back. Fine team riding by the Reading pairing.

Ostergaard taking a tactical substitute ride replacing Martin. Terrific effort by Ostergaard, passed Suchanek in about half a second, cutback well to dive under Oliver lap two, spent rest of the race going after Lambert, went for the big blast round the outside on final bend and slid off, great effort and he has been great entertainment tonight.
