Comments: Fantastic from Nick, gated into lead, finished half a lap ahead of Mason. Tom Hill got past Andrews on 4th bend of 3rd lap. Pav will be happy about the lack of bonus points so far!

Comments: Tapes have malfunctioned again! 5 Lap Les is looking a bit concerned...not so good is that Tom Hill almost suffered a serious injury when the tapes caught him on the neck (he used another word but I feel a bit eek about putting it here). In the race - Sedgeman swept from 3rd to 1st on 1st bend but was passed by both Islanders.

Comments: Rutherford fell on 1st bend, he was under a little pressure from Hopwood. He is back up on his feet and it is all 4 back in the re-run. In re-run, Islanders gated, Rutherford made a slight challenge but didn't get close until Hopwood retired from 2nd!

Comments: Atkin gated and was away with Brown in hot pursuit, he overcooked on lap 3 bend 3 and fell allowing Mason into 3rd. Mason then retired bend 3 lap 4 to allow the remounted Brown into 3rd!

Comments: Hill in for Mullins. Hopwood gated and was away, Hill swept around Andrews on the first bend but couldn't catch Hurst...All 3 points to the Islanders yay (think Buck is happy!)

Comments: Hopwood hit the tapes, has to go from 15m back....he looked very annoyed with his bike! In re-run, Hornets gated, Brown swept brilliantly under Tregoning on bend 3 lap 2 but couldn't catch Atkin.
