Heat Results
Heat 01: Harris, Barker, Risager, Adams. 5-1
Coventry win the toss and take 1&3.
Line Up: Harris, Barker, Adams, Risager
Comments: Bees flew from the tapes and not troubled in the slightest. Old man Adams left desperately trying to keep up with Risager and failing.
Sponsored by www.enjaydesigns.net
Heat 02: Pawlicki, Sweetman, Gathercole, Jonasson. (5-1)...10-2
Line Up: Sweetman, Pawlicki, Gathercole, Jonasson
Comments: Sweetman from the gate. A stunning first lap from Pawlicki to blast past the Robins and Sweetman and clear off. Jonasson looking more like the third Chuckle Brother than one of the hottest prospects in World Speedway.
Sponsored by Steve Dixon www.stevedixonphotography.co.uk [/b]
Heat 03 (Re-Run): Zengota, Korneliussen, Bridger, Kennett. (1-5)...11-7
Line Up: Kennett, Bridger, Korneliussen, Zengota
Comments: Stopped. Korneliussen jumpy at the start.
Re-Run: Easy for Swindon. Zengota absolutely flying. Kennett's 50cc just wasn't at the races.
Sponsored by: Speedway fans, we will take your favourite picture and turn it into an awesome one-off gift, check us out at www.createaclock.co.uk [/b]
Heat 04: Stead, Jonasson, Kasprzak, Pawlicki. (1-5)...12-12
Line Up: Kasprzak, Pawlicki, Stead, Jonasson
Comments: Pawlicki was in second but went for what had to be considered a brave move around Stead and only just stayed on the bike which left him well last. Kasprzak rode a bucking bronco on lap 1 and ended up last. What then ensued was a wobbly race between him and Jonasson worthy of nothing but cringing.
Sponsored by Friends of Edinburgh Speedway www.foes.info/
Heat 05: Adams, Bridger, Kennett, Risager. (3-3)...15-15
Line Up: Kennett, Bridger, Adams, Risager
Comments: Bees pair past Risager on lap 1 but no matter how hard Risager peddled he just couldn't keep up.
Sponsored by Splod
Heat 06: Harris, Gathercole, Barker, Stead. (4-2)...19-17
Line Up: Harris, Barker, Stead, Gathercole
Comments: Harris at half throttle crusing at the front. Barker had Stead all over him but the former track specialist had no way past.
Sponsored by
Heat 07: Kasprzak, Zengota, Korneliussen, Sweetman. (3-3)...22-20
Line Up: Kasprzak, Sweetman, Korneliussen, Zengota
Comments: Sweetman tried a move on bend 2 that was either going to see him hit the front or come out last...it was the latter. Zengota was fast but couldn't pass Silverbee's new hero
Sponsored by Merlin
Heat 08: Barker, Jonasson, Pawlicki, Risager. (4-2)...26-22
Line Up: Barker, Pawlicki, Risager, Jonasson
Comments: Great race between Pawlick and Jonasson. Shamek reeled him in and went for a Harrisesque blast that went badly wrong and almost saw him on the dog track again.
Sponsored by www.methanolpilot.com - dedicated to helping speedway
Heat 09: Stead, Bridger, Gathercole, Kennett. (2-4)...28-26
Line Up: Kennett, Bridger, Stead, Gathercole
Comments: Kennett riding equipment you're more likely to find in B&Q than a Jawa/GM Factory.

Heat 10 (Re-Run): Harris, Barker, Korneliussen, Zengota (Excluded). (5-1)...33-27
Line Up: Harris, Barker, Korneliussen, Zengota
Comments: Stopped. Big crash for Harris. Cut underneath Zengota on bend 2 who ploughed straight into Harris. Harris went sprawling into the backstraight fence. Big Ron is on the phone but SB doesn't know what he's got to complain about except that Zengota hasn't been excluded from the meeting.
Re-Run: Good first bend. Coventry boys went either side of Korneliussen and routine from then on. Tango Man on the phone again, assumably for a chat as SB has no idea what he has to complain about.

Heat 11: Adams, Kasprzak, Jonasson, Sweetman. (2-4)...35-31
Line Up: Kasprzak, Sweetman, Adams,Risager Jonasson

Heat 14: Pawlicki, Bridger, Jonasson, Zengota. (5-1)...43-41
Line Up: Bridger,Sweetman Pawlicki, Zengota, Jonasson

Sponsored by [/b]
Heat 15: Adams, Harris, Stead, Barker. (2-4)...45-45
Bees off 1&3
