Track seemed a bit tricky!. Grading again now. Harris went round Topinka entering bend 3, Gjedde fell bend 4 lap 2 whilst well at the back, Harris never close to Bjerre.

Comments: Tight start, Sitera early leader, Made error on bend 4 lap 2 and Smith passed him with ease, Piszcz all over the place.

Comments: Lasse replaces Sitera.
Iversen meant business on bend 1, Schlein shoved out on bend 2 by Smith and was never in it. Smith and Bjerre had a good battle. Smith all over him but Bjerre held him off well when it looked like Smith might find his way through on a couple of occasions.

Comments: Race stopped Harris crashed on bend 1, He is up and walking back to the pits, Been some forceful first bends so far!. All 4 back.

Hmmm Interesting!. Messy heat! Topinka pulled up end of lap 1 he made good gate but got bend 1 wrong and Smith was in front from bend 2 onwards. Smith almost fell a few times hence the really slow time.
