Heat Results
Heat 01: Barker, Hawkins, Doolan, Smart 3-3 (3-3) 49.50 TRACK RECORD!
Line Up: Barker, Smart, Doolan,Poole Hawkins
Comments: Plymouth win the toss and are off 2 & 4 in heat 1. Ipswich will choose in heat 15.
Hawkins taking Ipswich R/R.
Stopped. Hawkins gives Smart a nudge and the pair along with Doolan hit the deck. All 4 back!
Re-run New track record! Devils gated but the hard charging Hawkins pushed Smart wide on turn 1 relegating the devil to 3rd. Smart then stayed wide allowing Doolan up the inside of turn 3 and that was that! Barker won by a postcode.

Heat 02: Hart, Hawkins, Hughes, Bates 1-5 (4-8) 50.59
Line Up: Hughes, Bates, Hart, Hawkins
Comments: Witches gated devils didnt! Hughes close to Hawkins but not close enough to pass!

Heat 03: Kristiansen, Risager, Tresarrieu, Stichauer 3-3 (7-11) 51.19
Line Up: Stichauer, Kristiansen, Tresarrieu, Risager
Comments: Jk gated well and produced a top 1st turn to win from tapes to flag although risager was on the pace. Tresarrieu was all over the shop in 3rd but sticky was a distant 4th and looked poor!!

Heat 04: Wells, Hawkins, Bjerre, Bates 3-3 (10-14) 51.93
Line Up: Wells, Bates, Bjerre, Hawkins
Comments: Witches sublime from the tapes with Wells in hot pursuit. Bjerre & Hawkins though team rode superbly to keep wells at bay and looked on for the 5-1 untill Bjerre made a mistake on turn 4 of lap 3. He drifted to the fence and Wells in one move went up the inside of him and around Hawkins to take the lead entering the final lap. Cheered mistake enabled Bates to get right up his exhaust but the dane held on! Bit of a let off in my opinion but cracking race. Witches look well up for this!

Heat 05: Hart, Doolan, Stichauer, Kristiansen (R) 1-5 (11-19) 51.28
Line Up: Stichauer, Kristiansen, Doolan,Poole Hart
Comments: Hart taking Ipswich R/R.
Tight 1st bend but Hart came out in front with Jk up his backside! Entering turn 3 of opening lap though jk's bike went boom and it was far too easy for the witches after that! Sticky not even competitive yet.
Sponsored by Splod
Heat 06: Barker, Bjerre, Smart, Hart 4-2 (15-21) 51.25
Line Up: Barker, Smart, Bjerre, Hart
Comments: Bjerre gates like a scalded cat but Barker wound it on to go through the smallest of gaps exiting turn 4 of opening lap. Hart didnt gate and looked a different rider at the back!

Heat 07: Tresarrieu, Wells, Risager, Hughes (R) 2-4 (17-25) 51.62
Line Up: Wells, Hughes, Tresarrieu, Risager
Comments: Ooooo super ride from Tresarrieu he gated but Wells got up the inside exiting turn 2 of opening lap but the frenchman wound it on and flew passed the American around turn 4 of lap 1. Hughes missed the start big time and his bike sounded very poorly before going bang at the start of lap 4.

Heat 08: Smart, Tresarrieu, Bates, Hawkins (Fx) 4-2 (21-27) 52.00
Line Up: Smart, Bates,Poole Tresarrieu, Hawkins
Comments: Tresarrieu takes Ipswich R/R.
Stopped. Hawkins & Smart gate but Hawkins drifts and falls on his own. Race continued with Smart and Tresarrieu having a ding dong around turns 3 and 4 but red lights went on as the pair crossed the finish line for the first time as Hawkins had only just remounted. I thought the ref was a bit early there as it looked like a cracker, anyway Hawkins excluded.
Smart gated!!! But man can Tresarrieu wind it on, he was all over Smart for a lap but he made a mistake on bend 2 lap 2 allowing Smart to pull away for an easy win! The comeback begins???

Heat 09: Kristiansen, Bjerre, Stichauer, Hart 4-2 (25-29) 51.19
Line Up: Stichauer, Kristiansen, Bjerre, Hart
Comments: Stopped. Bjerre literally under the tapes as they went up my word the boy can gate! Ref says unsatisfactory start all 4 back.
Re-run Jk my hero!! Bjerre brilliant out the start again but jk winds it on to go round Bjerre on turns 3 and 4 of opening lap and he looked super stylish leg trailing to take the win. Sticky a comfy 3rd after an early tussle on lap 1 with hart. The comeback continues??

Heat 10: Barker, Risager, Smart, Tresarrieu 4-2 (29-31) 51.44
Line Up: Barker, Smart, Tresarrieu, Risager
Comments: Great race and an unbelievable ride from barker!! Risager trapped and was away with the devils in the minor places. Tresarrieu in the mix also untill he dropped in on turn 4 of lap 1, he did re mount to finish a distant 4th. Back up at the front though risager kept barker at bay for the best part of 2 laps untill barker flew passed him round the outside of turn 4 lap 2. How he did it is beyond me though as he picked up grip on turn 3 throwing go to the fence before pulling a huge locker just to stay on but somehow carried his speed through to make the pass, genius!! The comeback is on???

Heat 11: Bjerre, Wells, Doolan, Hughes 2-4 (31-35) 52.80

Heat 12: Tresarrieu, Hawkins, Bates, Stichauer 1-5 (32-40) 53.03
Line Up: Stichauer, Bates, Tresarrieu,Hart Hawkins
Comments: Hawkins replaces Hart.
Sticky in the mix untill the second bend when the witches pair cleared off. The devils did get close when Hawkins buggered up turn 2 of lap 2 but far too easy for the witches. Miracle needed now!!

Heat 13: Barker, Wells, Bjerre, Doolan 5-1 (37-41) 52.22
Line Up: Barker, Wells, Doolan, Bjerre
Comments: Brilliant race!! Bjerre missed the gate but cut back off turn 2 and made it four a breast down the backstraight. Barker then rode the wide line as wells chopped everyones nose off to take second. Brilliant team riding from the devils pair then held off Bjerre.

Heat 14: Hart, Risager, Kristiansen, Hughes 1-5 (38-46) 52.03
Line Up: Kristiansen, Hughes, Risager,Hawkins Hart
Comments: Hart in for Hawkins.
Witches with a gating exhibition and team rode brilliantly to take maximum points despite jk's efforts in 3rd. Witches win and deserve it too!

Heat 15: Barker, Wells, Tresarrieu, Bjerre 5-1 (43-47) 52.63
Line-up: Wells, Barker, Bjerre, Tresarrieu
Comments: Witches off 2 & 4.
The devils efforts in wein! Wells like a scalded cat from the tapes and Barker joins him around the outside of turn 2 of lap 1. Team riding to perfection and wells looking at home at the sba. Barker has now won his last 31 races at the sba but not enough to win tonight. Well done Ipswich. Good night from me

Teams confirmed.
Welcome along to the SBA where its bloody boiling!! Sunshine all the way!! Track looking good and has been heavily watered and ripped up. A bit of grip for a change Chris Louis in attendance with the witches and said he'd like a go on the track tonight but refused to score it for shape, grip etc as he's having a night off haha.
Jamie pickard was scheduled to ride at 7 in place of Gino however he crashed his van on route to the track (Jamie is unharmed) and Matt Bates will take his place in the team.
