Comments: Plymouth win toss and take 1-3.
Franchetti takes R/R.
Stopped: Unsatisfactory start all 4 back.
Re-run: Cracking opening heat!. Graversen gates but Barker winds it on to go around him turns 1 and 2 pushing Nieminen out in the process, Barker went on to win by a postcode, Meanwhile at the back Nieminen chased down Franchetti nearly getting him on bend 4 of lap 2 before he produced a classy cutback on bend 2 of lap 3 to take 3rd, Franchetti battled hard but no chance of re-passing.

Heat 02: Hughes, Wright, Oliver, Franchetti(EX) 3-3 6-6 51.84
Line Up: Franchetti, Hughes, Oliver, Wright
Comments: Stopped: Wright goes down bend 4 lap 1 after Franchetti had made a move up the inside, Looked to Mikey that there was contact and Franchetti excluded. Crowd not happy. Tight call but probably the right one. Hughes was leading at the time after making a blinder off gate 4.
Re-run: Great ride from Hughes!. Lions gated but Hughes makde a cracking pass on both Leicester riders on turn 4 of lap 1, He went on to win fairly easily.

Heat 03: Bondarenko, Smart, Kristiansen, Bager 3-3 9-9 53.44
Line Up: Smart, Kristiansen, Bondarenko, Bager
Comments: Fun and games in this one!. Kristiansen pushes Bondarenko wide on turns 1 and 2 before Bager nips up inside to take the lead, Bager then all out of shape in turn 3 which caused Kristiansen to pretty much stop. That allowed Bondarenko and Smart through and that was that. Smart did get very close to the russian at the finish.

Line Up: Wells, Hughes, Karlsson, Wright
Comments: Hughes with a cracking gate to lead into turn 1, However unware that his partner was making an outside run accidently pushed him into the minor places allowing both Lions through. Wells though undetered passed Wright on bends 3-4 lap 1 before chasing down Karlsson and classy cut back on bend 4 lap 2 and that was that!.

Heat 05: Nieminen, Smart, Graversen, Kristiansen 2-4 16-14 52.47
Line Up: Smart, Kristiansen, Nieminen, Graversen
Comments: Another super race. Lions gate but Kristiansen quickly passed Graversen on backstraight lap 1, Smart, Graversen and Kristiansen then had a brilliant race with all 3 close throughout. Smart eventually got round the pair on bend 2 of lap 4 to take 2nd, Meanwhile Graversen and Kristiansen wheel to wheel to the line with Graversen just stealing it. Nieminen won by a mile. Kristiansen ran into Smart by accident after the race, Smart up and ok.

Comments: Hughes takes R/R.
Stopped: Devils on 5-1 when Karlsson seemed to push Oliver wide on turn 4 lap 1, Oliver went down and is excluded from re-run.
Re-run: Devils gated and despite Karlsson being close to Hughes early on, He never came off the inside to look like passing.
Updaters comment: Never came off inside OMG Tom P. Madsen is back
Barker by a mile tried team riding early on but didnt need to so buggered off! Track looking tricky now.

Line Up: Wells, Franchetti, Bondarenko, Bager
Comments: Bondarenko gated but Wells passed him with ease on backstraight of lap 1 and went on to win by miles. Meanwhile at the back BIG elbows between Bager and Gino and for the first 2 laps they were close but Gino then pulled away a touch!.
Bager all over the shop!.

Comments: Wells takes R/R.
Bizarre incident this!. Wells gated and was leading by miles but then just seemed to slide off on bend 4 lap 2, Hughes was last at the time but challenging both Lions before he hit Wells's bike that was on the track and flew off, Hughes up and ok after treatment, but not looking comfortable. Race awarded even tho it was so close at the time.

Comments: From gate for Karlsson who looks a different rider when out front although Smart got closer every lap, Oliver tailed off badly.

Comments: Franchetti takes R/R.
Bondarenko gated well but Barker swept passed him turns 3-4 lap 1 to win although Bondarenko kept him honest. Gino and Bager had another ding dong and both nearly fell a couple of times before Gino eventually pulled away on final lap.

Comments: Wells gated but seemed to go backwards!. Nieminen flew around him on bend 2 of lap 1 and won by a mile. Graversen and Wells then had a cracking tussle with passing and re-passing before Graversen made it stick up inside of turn 2 lap 3, Franchetti never in it after being squeezed out on turns 1-2.

Welcome to the SBA where its been cloudy and overcast all day but luckily no rain until now that is as its just started to spit with a few drops!. Fingers crossed its just light.
Track looking same as normal really, Slick mainly with the corners ripped up and has been watered.
7:19pm: Rain has stopped.
Mikey predicts a 4 point win either way.
I think a 8 point away win.
Meeting called off due to driving rain and visibility is poor.
