Comments: Ward more or less from the gate. King pressured Ward up front, but just hadn't got the speed to pass Ward! Barker tailed off at the rear.

Comments: All 4 back after it appeared that Ward put Piszcz into the fence bend 1! Crowd not happy with Darcy. Piszcz up and ok.
Re-Run: Brum gated, but Ward went past the 2 Poles on the 4th turn lap 1. Andersson fell turn 1 lap 4 when lining up Ulamek.

Comments: Ulamek was coasting but for some unknown reason he slowed up when over the finish line for Holder to nick the win! Fans are simply aghast with Seb! Blue Jam doesn't think Ulamek was aware of how many laps he'd done. Quite astonishing! Track electrician has been called as there's obviously a problem. Just been announced that heat 11 will be re-run, as the chequered flag was waved after 3 laps!! Ref has declared a re-run. Kling was third, and Piszcz had fell but remounted at the back.
Re-Run: Same result as the original heat.
