Heat Results
Heat 01: Klindt, Blackbird, Fisher, Auty (R). 3-3, 3-3 60.7
Line Up: Fisher, Blackbird, Auty, Klindt
Comments: Scorpions win toss and take gates 1 and 3. Ftg...very easy for klindt, Auty in third for a lap before Fisher underneath him. Auty packs in third lap whilst last.
Sponsored by www.jaybeadesigns.co.uk/
Heat 02: Jacobs, Greenwood, Jorgensen, Williamson. 5-1, 8-4 61.7
Line Up: Jacobs, Greenwood, Williamson, Jorgensen
Comments: To be rerun A4B. Jacobs warned for moving.
Re Run: Ftg...Jorgensen pressurised for most of the race, but never really got that close. Williamson well adrift after not a shabby start
Sponsored by MADDRUM5 www.youtube.com/user/MADDRUM5/videos
Heat 03: Dryml, Howe, Ostergaard, Birks. 4-2, 12-6 61.5
Line Up: Dryml, Ostergaard, Howe, Birks
Comments: Ftg looked like ales made a roller or an absolute flier as clear going into first corner. Howe comfortable second with Ostergaard pushing for the race but Howe rode sensible lines. Birks no where near
Sponsored by
Heat 04: Bjerre, Jorgensen, Douglas, Greenwood. 3-3, 15-9 61.6
Line Up: Bjerre, Greenwood, Douglas, Jorgensen
Comments: Scunny from gate but lasse round the boards second bend. Both away riders close to Bjerre before Jorgensen locks up bend 3 lap 3 and makes Douglas slow up aswell. Greenwood packed in last bend whilst last. Dan Holt rattling through heats due to threat of rain, quick track grade. Jorgensen beating himself up over the line, looking annoyed with himself
Sponsored by Friends of Edinburgh Speedway www.foes.info/
Heat 05: Dryml, Auty, Klidt, Ostergaard (Fx) 3-3 18-12 61.7
Line Up: Dryml, Ostergaard, Auty, Klindt
Comments: Ostergaard excluded. Hit a patch coming out second bend first lap....manages to hit fence half way down the straight, was a thud....against the most solid bit of fence. Up and walking back now. Was a 3-3 as battle of the start tarts was won by Dryml.
Re Run: Ftg, pretty processional atm as outside line is no where to be seen. Pretty yawn tbh
Sponsored by Splod
Heat 06: Blackbird, Fisher, Douglas, Williamson 5-1 23-13 61.6
Line Up: Fisher, Blackbird, Douglas, Williamson
Comments: Ftg. Tough one between Williamson and Douglas for slowest away rider, provably edge for Douglas though!

Heat 07: Bjerre, Howe, Birks, Jacobs. 3-3, 26-16 61.7
Line Up: Bjerre, Jacobs, Howe, Birks
Comments: Bjerre from gate, Jacobs in third ahead of Birks but rides mid track and just gets swallowed up completely so Birks just goes round him. Bjerre miles clear and I'm not making up the times....honest!
Sponsored by
Heat 08: Klindt, Blackbird, Williamson, Greenwood. 2-4, 28-20 62.1
Line Up: Blackbird, Greenwood, Klindt,Jorgensen Williamson
Comments: To be rerun....Jorgensen massive roller. Scunny were on a 5-1....shame.
Re Run: Klindt rushing back to pits with a minute to go and a change of bikes....with some cross country, back in time. Hahahaha Jorgensen absolute demolishes the tapes, almost took the posts with him! Jorgensen excluded tapes (E). Replaced by Williamson
Re Run: Klindt by a mile, Williamson with him for a lap, but Blackbird round outside, Greenwood close but Williamson held on so fair play.

Heat 09: Jorgensen, Douglas, Dryml, Ostergaard. 1-5, 29-25 61.8
Line Up: Dryml, Ostergaard, Douglas,Williamson Jorgensen
Comments: Bunch of morons.....Panthers on a 5-1 but Ostergaard don't go wide enough and Jorgensen gets around both them. Douglas round outside of Ostergaard third lap first bend then gets ales on last bend. Panthers spent most of there time curb crawling instead of going into the dirt....pathetic. Credit though to scorpions who wanted it more
Sponsored by
Heat 10: Fisher, Howe, Blackbird, Jorgensen. 4-2, 33-27 62.3
Line Up: Fisher, Blackbird, Howe,Birks Jorgensen
Comments: Howe round outside of both Panthers on first lap, but Fisher don't take that lying down, 1 sighter move, next lap, goes into dirt fourth bend then throws it up inside on first bend third lap, great move. Blackbird close on the line.

20.40 - Interval now
20.54 - Tapes problem....Dan Holt pressing the button but absolutely nothing happening. Electrician to the tapes.
21.00 - Still no news and no tapes. Ridiculous, 20 minute break, then another Big break now with the tapes problems.
Heat 11: Klindt, Auty, Bjerre, Jacobs. 1-5, 34-32 62.6
Line Up: Bjerre, Jacobs, Auty, Klindt
Comments: Jacobs bike stalled....got to tapes with 10 seconds to spare....Scorpions fly from tapes and make us look like a national league side. Bjerre close a couple of times but Auty to quick. Klindt superb tonight
Sponsored by
Heat 12: Howe, Jorgensen, Greenwood (Fx), Dryml (R). 0-5, 34-37 (Awarded)
Line Up: Dryml, Greenwood, Howe,Williamson Jorgensen
Comments: Ales blew hos engine on start line...later on Jorgensen went up inside of Greenwood and olly down. There might of been a soft touch but I personally don't think there was much in it...before that Greenwood went round Jorgensen superbly on first lap. So a 5-0 Panthers fans booing but I'll stick my neck out and say correct decision.

Heat 13: Douglas, Fisher, Bjerre, Auty (F). 3-3, 37-40 62.4
Line Up: Fisher, Bjerre, Auty, Douglas
Comments: Great heat....Douglas from start lasse at the back gets past auty going under his shoulder....Fisher throwing his bike at Douglas for 4 laps....going over the line Fisher rides up Douglas bike and almost fences himself and the ozzy...few words after the heat but sure no mallace. Auty fenced himself last lap 2nd bend but race finished after he got up. Got up though
Sponsored by
Heat 14: Ostergaard, Birks, Greenwood, Jorgensen. 4-2, 41-42 62.9
Line Up: Ostergaard,Jacobs Greenwood, Birks, Jorgensen
Comments: Ostergaard round outside of birks first bend but as slow as sloth and birks all over him, but no mega threat. Greenwood comfortable third as Jorgensen riding the elegant fence line but gaining no ground at all
Sponsored by Splod
Heat 15: Fisher, Bjerre, Klindt, Howe. 5-1, 46-43 63.0
Line-up: Fisher, Bjerre, Howe, Klindt
Comments: Panthers on gates 2 and 4. From the gate....great last heat decider! Klindt curb crawling for whole race, gets under Bjerre on last lap first Bend but Bjerre rides the fence and wins race to the line. Superb end to a good meeting. Scunny to lose now anyway so Monday go in with nothing to lose

Comments:
Teams confirmed.
SCB Referee: Dan Holt
Very overcast, just leaving off for the track now. Lewis B trying out his shoulder before the meeting if doesn't ride, means RR. With Lewis a 4 point win, without a 5 point defeat. Scorpions have a handy team around our place but fancy winning there so won't be all over.
Arrived at track, looking in good condition, cut up a little bit so should provide some outside line action! Teams TBC in a bit. Weather cloudy....and wind has dropped completely.
Now watering the track. Crowds awful, few away fans dotted about at least. Lewis passed fit.
