I usually say thanks for the updates but couldn't this time as the thread was locked straight away. Thanks for the updates.

Understand those feelings but rest assured they all know how much we appreciate their work!

Understand those feelings but rest assured they all know how much we appreciate their work! "Feelings"?? - none
Reporting/feedback - yes
Essentially only reported the fact mate.

Thanks for the feedback. Generally I like to keep threads open for a couple of hours after a meeting has finished but sometimes they are locked earlier than that if there are a lot of meetings going on or in the case of a contentious thread or if staff members are short and they are running around like headless chickens and there is a risk it will be forgotten later (the last case applies here).
Saying that, thanks for the thanks.

As the Gaffer has said, meeting threads are usually left open for a while after the meeting. However, last night I was updating 3 meetings at the same time and not being able to moderate them properly left me no choice but to lock them as soon as they ended, the Glasgow meeting being the first to finish.
My apologies for any inconvenience caused.
