Comments:
Teams confirmed.
Referee: Mr D Watters
Sam says Track is absoultely perfect for racing especially for the top riders and he expects Nicki Pedersen to show this.
Eastbourne will be off 1 and 3 in Heat 1.
Heat 1: Howe has bike trouble with a Minute to go, Theo Pijper tried to get bike out quickly but failed to do so Howe has been excluded on 2 mins. Lawson is In. Eastbourne pair gated but PK passes Bridger on 2nd turn of lap 1 up inside. PK Chased Pedersen all way to the line.
Heat 2: Woodward gates and is tracked by Lawson all the way but he couldnt find a way through. Andersson retires at the back.
Heat 3: Eastbourne Gate again but Hamill passes Kennett turn 2 lap 1. Kennett tried to Pass Hamill while Hamill tried to pass Watt. Good Race for front 3. Pijper way back.
Heat 4: Bridger R/R. Andersson pulled a Groin in Heat 2 thats why he retired so Woodward will replace him in this Heat while he gets checked out he ll be lucky to race again Tonight. Woodward goes in Turn 4 and completely loses it takes Lindgren with him who smashed straight through the air fence. Woodward Excluded from Re-run. Lindgren is Up and be checked out but Woodward is still down been checked out. The Ambulance is now on Track for Woodward but Lindgren has walked back to pits. Woodward is now Up but reports from Greeny and Kelvin say he could have either Broken his Collabone or Dislocated his Shoulder.
Woodward has withdrawn with Broken Collabone and a Ankle Injury. Andersson however is gonna give it a go.
In the re-run Bridger gated but runs wide and Lindgren passes on turn 2 lap 1. Bridger hits rut on turn 4 and nearly wipes out Lindgren again but Bridger shut off and missed him and managed to get 2nd ahead of a Slow looking M Karlsson.
Heat 5: Pedersen gated Hamill pressured him for 1st lap but that was it really. Bridger 3rd.
Heat 6: Kennett R/R. 3 riders only. Kennett gated well but PK round him on turn 2. Howe all over Kennett who was to busy trying to pass PK but Howe couldnt pass.
Heat 7: Lindgren and Watt collide on first turn and Watt stops thinking race should be re-run (In my view it should). Kennett passed Lindgren turn 2 lap 1 on outside but Lindgren passed Kennett up inside same bend but on lap 3.
Heat 8: 3 Riders Only. Karlsson gated and led till he seemed to slow letting Howe and Bridger by.
Heat 9: Watt R/R. 3 riders only. Watt Gates but Hamill passes him turn 2 lap 1 and thats that. Wolves seem to like that turn 2 on lap 1.
Heat 10: The gate has now decided not to work on the inside now so another delay. Electrics have failed in the tapes so its Elastic start. Wolves gate for a 5-1 but Watt put Howe under pressure for all 4 laps.
Heat 11: Pedersen gates with Bridger but Bridger hits the soft bit and falls but remounts. Lindgren tried passing Pedersen but couldnt.
Heat 12: 3 riders only. This time its Watt's turn to pass Hamill up inside on bend 2.
Heat 13: 3 riders only again. Lindgren gated and was gone. Pedersen could do nothing.
Heat 14: Kennett T/R but 3 Riders only. From Gate.
Heat 15: Wolves Win toss take gates 1 and 3
Line-up: P Karlsson, Lindgren, Watt, Kennett Pretty Boring last heat to end an eventful meeting.
Thanks for watching and goodnight
