Had quite a heavy downpour leading up to the meeting, parade cancelled but still due to start on time.
Heat 01: Ablitt, Perry, Hagon, Trigger 62.25
Line Up: Ablitt, Hagon, Trigger, Perry
Comments: Perry under Hagon and Trigger exit of B2 L1. Only one inside line there but riders didn’t seem to be having too many problems with track conditions.

Heat 02 Re-Run: Thompson, Mulford, James, Pijper (R) 64.00
Line Up: Mulford, Thompson, James, Pijper
Comments: Stopped. Mulford and Thompson make fast starts and Pijper joins them going into the first bend, Pijper slid off as it got tight between those three, all 4 back.
Re-Run: Pijper retired at the back Lap 2 after only just making the 2 minutes - on his second bike. Mulford inside James B2 L2 after James made a mistake on the slippy stuff.
