Teams now confirmed from trackside.
Bees win the toss and take gates 1&3
Referee is Jim Lawrence
Heat 1: Forsberg fell on the 4th bend of the first lap.
Heat 3: Gjedde gated well, Harris stayed on his outside before passing him down the back straight. Jankowski fell on the 3rd bend of the first lap, remounted and then retired.
Heat 6: Allen gated followed by Screen, Schlein missed the gate completely. Screen pulled off a brilliant pass of Allen exiting the 3-4th bend on the 2nd lap.
Heat 7: Full Throttle says that Messing was messing about at the back and challenged Jankowski a couple of times during the heat.
Heat 8: Quite abit of messing around on the start line. Allen and Boxall both gated and Boxall was chasing Allen hard, on the entry to the 1st/2nd bend at the start of the 2nd lap he went too wide & lost control of the bike. He is up and OK. The race is to be re-run with Boxall excluded.
Rerun: again lots of ponderings at the start line with Burza being moved from the empty gate along to his own. Bees pair out and away.
Heat 9: Fantastic race, Rajkowski gated but Janniro stayed with him before passing him. On the same lap Harris went from last to pass firstly Screen then Rajkowski.
Heat 10: Allen flew the gates followed by Jankowski and Gjedde, on the 4th bend of the 1st lap Jankowski went too wide clipping Gjedde who was on his outside and allowing Schlein up the inside of both of them. Gjedde continued but didnt recover.
Heat 11: Crump to take a TR. Messing made the gate but Crump went round him and was away.
Heat 12: Burza flew the gate but Gjedde went outside him on the first lap, at the same time Harris went under Rajkowski.
Heat 13: Schlein made a good gate but went wide on bends 1&2 to stop Screen on the outside and Crump went underneath him.
Heat 14: Steve Boxall has withdrawn from the meeting with a shoulder injury. He is to be replaced by Rajkowski. Great start from Jankowski, Janniro passed him on the outside on the 2nd lap.
Heat 15: Harris Schlein Gjedde Crump Bees off gates 2&4. Harris and Crump gated together but Crump rode a brilliant third bend to go past him. Gjedde caught Schlein snoozing on the 3rd bend of the 4th lap.
Many thanks to Full Throttle for the telephone calls tonight.
